What is the name of the special prosecutor that is investigating the Clinton Foundation (s)?
There is no need for a "special prosecutor" to investigate the Clinton Foundation.
Do you people even know what you're talking about? It sure doesn't sound like it. If you want to talk about "weaponizing things" talk about setting
loose "special prosecutors" on political rivals.
"Special prosecutors" are used when there is serious concern a crime has been committed by someone high up in the Executive branch, that is because
the theory is that the Executive branch cannot investigate "itself" and if someone high enough up is suspected, it is removed outside direct
control.
Because you people are absolutely convinced that the Clintons murder people and fix Uranium deals, have your own DOJ do the investigation - that's
their job, led by your own Jeff Sesssions, picked by your own president. Have them measure it against what other admins do, and whether it is worthy
of charges.
In the meantime, if any of you people who believe it is really Obama and Clinton that are the problem and not the corrupt casino-bankrupter with many
deals with Russian criminals president, you are going to have to decide if McGabe is the anti-Christ - as I read here not long ago, a hero, or a guy
in a tough as hell job making tough calls all the time, many of which, in retrospect and a given agenda can be colored any number of ways.
Anyone who has read anything about the FBI in 2016 knows that the SDNY office had been under the thumb of Guiliani for quite some time, and it was
rabidly anti-Hillary, and Comey led the DC office, and he was rabidly neutral. Have any doubts? Ask yourself how it was that Guiliani knew that an
explosive "October Surprise" was coming 3-4 days prior to the Comey letter coming out, and how it was that the NYC had Weiner's laptop over 3 weeks,
held it, and only in the last weeks of October did it inform Comey and then move for a warrant. Comey, because he is so anti-Trump, then defied
FBI/DOJ doctrine about releasing matters involving criminal investigations within 60 days of an election, and delivered the election to Trump with the
letter that amounted to exactly nothing, as all the evidence ever amassed against the Clintons does, ever since Star found nothing in Whitewater.
Someone needs to explain to me how the "intelligence community" can be unilaterally against Trump, given how all that happened, and given the fact
that the entire Trump investigation went on, with Obama knowing about it, and Obama saying nothing at all to the media.
The other thing I'd ask any of you who are so sure that Obama and Hillary are the real international criminals to tell me what do you do if you're
Obama? You have intel reports to you that the Russians plan to muck-up our election, it is serious, they are taking big steps (ones we don't even know
about yet), and - to make it worse, the Republican is Trump, who has long been known to have shady (at BEST) ties to Russian oligarchs. If you're
Obama, what do you do? Well, of course, if YOU guys are Obama, you slit your own throats.
But, if regular people were Obama, they'd do what Obama did, which was tell them to do the investigation by the book, and he'd handle the political
end. Obama went to Putin and said "knock it off, or else" and he went to McConnell and gave him the heads up. Obama proposed a joint statement, the
two of them, warning the people of fake news/Russian interference, McConnell being McConnell felt it best that the American people not know the truth.
McConnell said that should Obama announce anything, he'd decry it as a political ploy, even though he knew it wasn't bc Obama came to him FIRST. Obama
then did nothing, because he did NOT want to interfere with an election.
There.
If you think the Clinton Foundation needs criminal investigation (on what basis? Pay to play? Ha, have fun, and then follow it with an investigation
into the Trump hotel in DC and Mara Lago), get your DOJ on it. Beyond that, none of it changes the fact that Trump keeps acting so damn guilty. Maybe
he isn't. Only Mueller's team can really know. But, it is hard to imagine a guy acting MORE guilty than Trump.
Meanwhile, figure out if McCabe is bad or not, you really do need one straight story.
