I wasn't sure where to post this one. We don't have a "fricken idiot" forum but maybe I should suggest one to the mods.


President yoweri museveni states that mouths are for eating..... snicker..... in a public service announcement delivered to the people of uganda.

He also banned gays in 2014 and made it a criminal act to not report homosexuals.
