A question about Snoke

Something bugs me- Snoke looks *familiar*- as in, I have seen his face somewhere before- but I can't place it. Anyone got any insight into who his face is based on?

But then again, so was the whole last movie.

Could be Andy serkis but honestly I think that he is such s good actor when it comes to mo-cap that you wouldn’t know it.

Right now smoke could be anyone really some more interesting details were revealed in the novelisation of the last Jedi about his time in the unknown regions that suggested he is very very old.
