Interesting isn't it.

Russia (apparently) uses nerve agents in the UK - Trump says nothing.
UK deports Russian staff - Trump says nothing.
EU and other countries deport Russian staff - Trump says nothing.
US deports Russian staff - Trump says nothing.
Russia deports US staff - Trump says nothing.

At this point, given the fact that Trump tweets about any random thought which crosses his mind, should Americans be asking why their President is being so tight-lipped about this whole affair?

Is it perhaps because Putin has information about Trump?

Is it perhaps because Trump's financial dealings with Russia are less than honourable? Legal even?

Is it because the POTUS is actually frightened by Putin?

Answers on a postcard please.

Is it perhaps this actually deals with international affairs and not the ragtag tabloid celebrity bs that cnn, msnbc, and others like to stir up?

You know, stuff the president shouldn't be tweeting about?

But yea, probably russian hookers pee'd on him so he's silent.

Do you not think that mass expulsions of diplomats and foreign aides by both sides should be something the President should be commenting on?

Via twitter?

no.

Yet your President feels it is perfectly acceptable to comment on every other aspect of society, including governmental policy, by tweets.

Why is this issue any different?

Because this involves international affairs involving a 'rival'.

The evidence involved so far is it is a russian made agent, therefore it's russia. Despite the fact a huge chemical weapons factory exists about 12KM from the poisoning.

Did Russia do it?
Probably.

Was it state sanctioned?
That is the real question.

So far the only evidence saying Putin ordered it is May's word.

Excuse me if I don't trust that.

I've gotten so bored with the Russia topic I rarely click on the thread / article links anymore. Russia noise got ridden like it was going out of style. Yawn. Does that make me a silent... well what does that make me?

Obama certainly had the guts to tell the American people, in person, and on tv, when he threw out Russian spies for election meddeling.

Did Trump resist tweeting about North Korea? Are they not a 'rival?'

I wasn't asking about who did what to whom. I was asking why your President has not made one single statement about the affair.

Your state department has just expelled 60 Russians and shut down a consulate.

Russia has just expelled 60 Americans and shut down a consulate.

Your President has not uttered one word about this.

Can you explain to me why?

He had a month left in office.

Wow, Obama was such a tough guy on Russia.

More critical than Trump has ever been.

For me, Trump acts like he never gives Russia and Putin any shade.

Wonder why, and how does this tie into the connections his campaign and people close to him have with multiple Russian oligarchs, spys and government officials.

Just saying.

Thanks.

More than Trump ever says. He does not even whimper as Russia "ahem" runs their train on his presidency.

NK is a nuisance at best, and Russia expelling diplomats is a response to overreactions.

I know you think the president should act like the people that portray him on comedy central, but sometimes he actually is the president.

Maybe Alec Baldwin will pretend to be trump and say things that to make you feel better, other than that I don't know what would satisfy you.
