I think Trump could do it in a pen strike by taking it down from a schedule III drug.

Easy peasey.

Actually you Can control its scope. All it takes is A limiting agreement with all representatives assembled.

No i am being told through common sense and history that you can not control the scope.

Once the convention is entered then the agreement has no merit because it is backed by nothing at that point other than their word.

Please show me if i am wrong on this.

I prefer my doctors to always not be under a hypocritical oath.

Your photo shows this to be self evident.

The only way to control it is to put your hands together and pray that the representatives will do what they agreed to even though the agreement will have no laws backing it once entered into.

Do you understand that once the convention is opened then we have no laws at that point in time until it is closed?

Not if you remove the laws that bind during such convention.

Only the ole handshake agreement would be valid during a convention.

Do you get it yet?

During a convention we would have no laws or constitution.

The barrels of a gun would be the only law and who will we trust to hold the gun?
