What if aliens read the internet?

One thought i’ve Been thinking about with all the ufo sighting news stories lately is what if aliens are here and read our internet?

If I discovered life on another world I would study it before making contact. If I discovered something like computers and the internet I would study the content and probably even talk to people as if one of them to see what they are like.

So, what if something like that is happening already?

All it would take is to steal a laptop, learn how it works and hook up to a free WiFi somewhere.

What would they think of humanity if they did that and went on the net?

Billions of porn pics and videos... most places you talk are filled with insults... sites like live leak where thousands of users applaud violent videos...

What if aliens are really here and already talk to people on the net but they get insulted and treated like dirt?

Just a thought i’ve Been having for a while

I would feel disappointed if something like that were to happen.

If Aliens are here and reading the Internet...then they are
reading the same lies and falsehoods that we are.

But some how i doubt they are here t all, and if they are the internet
is not what they are here to view.

If aliens have any sense after they take a look at this spot, they should fire up their
FTL drive and do one to whence they came.

What if the aliens were more debauched than us?

What if the aliens were actually our programmers? Are they programming this behavior for laughs? Are they that sick and hateful?

What if they aren't aliens at all but people you know that control your every thought and every sense?

If aliens have been here for years, it's only natural that they would monitor all forms of electronic communications. So, hi little gray guys, welcome to earth. Or to the hot Pleiadian women, please come and get me for breeding purposes.

how would they read it?

it took the rosetta stone to decypher earth languages, what if said ET had no concept of reading or the ability to do so.

what if they communicate with chemical signals like bugs or something we can't even conceptualize. that being said i would assume most space faring civilizations would have run into this issue, but deciphering english or japanese would be quite the task unless they could download it from a person brain.

I suspect that we're not all that bad-ass when it comes to taking on an alien species so advanced they can somehow travel between stars. I don't think they have anything to worry from us. And if the same kind of natural competition is happening in space the same way it happens here on Earth, it's likely that any space-faring aliens we meet are stone-cold killers.

I contemplated that before and figured they would’ve seen youtube and all the child like educational videos where they show words and objects.

I’m a wishful thinker and like imagining they are here. I’ve seen a cool UFO once and like to think it was an alien

What if the Aliens are worse than we are?

Why would anyone assume an alien race would be superior and not perhaps a race of sociopaths? I'm not sure I care what they think about us.

Maybe they think we are weak fools due to our emotions? Emotions are illogical after all.

i would abduct people and use a.i


between the AI and maybe taking a few people and scanning their brain(psychically or with technology) a learning a.i with a construct of a human brain with the knowledge of the ET so it could translate and report back to a probe in orbit(or where ever).

it might not even know it was an a.i, at first at least.

Now you leave teh Rigel system out of this....
