Chrome or Safari on a Mac and no issues.

Chrome or Safari on any my iPads or iPhones and no issues there. I don't sign any of these either only on my Mac.

No problems here on Chrome on Android, or on Chrome or Firefox on Linux.

On my iPad and don't see a problem. Will check when on my desktop later on sometime.
If it's an ad, I wonder which one?

Same here. Super frustrating - esp the Amazon “winner” thing bc it locks up the whole browser. No getting around it without closing Safari and re-entering anew. And I agree - I’m on many sites on my phone and this only happens while on ATS.

It doesn’t seem to be an ad that causes the Amazon winner lock screen. It happened to me the other night in the middle of reading a post with no ads around it. Only seems to be phone - doesn’t happen to me on iPad or Mac Pro.

9 out of 10 reported " issues " = your computer // ISP

i have been on ATS`every day this week - and no spam // popups

there have however been a few lags [ 1 ~ 2 seconds ] in page load // refresh - specific to ATS

This happens to me on and off as well. Does it on both of my phones running chrome. One of my phones is brand new, so I really doubt it's from any kind of malicious sites. The redirect is infuriating and frequent. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the mobile site. I prefer the way the mobile site looks on my phone, but by switching to desktop site in my account settings, all popups and redirects stop.

The past 2 days I've experienced this. Throws up a bunch of pop-ups, then redirects to a junk prize site.

Hasn't happened today, though. And only had it on ATS.

I suspect unscrupulous advertising and suggest the tailored ads are why not everyone has had the problem.

I'm having issues with it also. Only seems to happen on ATS. Not sure why though.

I have never looked at porn on my IPhone and IPad. But have had trouble with pop ups at ATS and Jeep Forums. Never had any trouble with Metabunk. Follow the money?

The best course is to clear out cookies and the browsing history, then install a VPN.

The Best VPN Apps for the iPhone
Your iPhone may be well protected against malware, but it can't protect your data as it travels the internet. Using a VPN keeps your information safe and private, even when you're connected to the web through an insecure Wi-Fi hotspot.

The Best VPN Apps for Android
Using the internet on your Android phone isn't as secure or private as you might think. Fortunately, you can protect your mobile communications with a secure virtual private network (or VPN) app.

Again, it’s not about porn sites. It’s about money......

VPNs are still a good investment even when you know the network is safe. Recent legal changes allow ISPs to sell anonymized user metadata to advertisers and other third-parties. Lots of other companies, like Facebook and Google, have benefited from access to user data, and ISPs have successfully argued that they should also get a piece of the tasty data pie. But, to my mind, it's a trickier issue because you can conceivably opt out of using Facebook but accessing the internet without an ISP is all but impossible.

I rarely have an issue with that, unless I get logged out and have to log back in. That is when I personally get some pop ups.

I have been having this problem for several months....it comes and goes. I have factory reset my s6 edge, nothing installed, still happened. Have an s7 edge, not activated, brand new, turn on wifi sign in to ats, same thing.
Im a bit of a pc geek, i really know my way around a pc, phone, tablet. I think armap may be onto something, it could be a specific ad that not everyone gets, that whacks out or is intentionally doing it.

I will have only ats open, and reading a long post, use my finger to scroll down, and bam, im an instant amazon winner. Have to hit the back button 3 times to get back to the page i was reading.

But, it wont prevent me coming to ats lol, i love it too much! Ill put up with the annoying crap, i know its not an issue on my hardware, so nothing i can do.

Also, there was a post a week or 2 ago about this, they said they would look into it, and it is def happening less than it did. So they must have found something.

If you know so much as a "pc geek"..then why are you having problems at all?

I don't, am no geek, have phones, tabs, l.tops and pc.. None have issues...

Something your end. Obviously

Lol, if you're such a "mechanic" then why do the cars in your garage have problems? I know nothing about cars, and my car runs fine. It's the drivers, obviously.

This problem has occurred across many users for a long time. There are multiple threads in it. They've acknowledged that it's been a problem before. But everything is ok for you, so nothing else matters. Got it.

For everyone having problems, I really recommend using desktop mode on mobile. That's worked for me Everytime the problem pops up.

Stop watching so much porn and run Malwarebytes.

He He - no porn watched.
Can you run Malwarebytes on an Android tablet?

Been visiting ATS for years - never seen this before. As I said, only getting it on ATS, so if it's malware on device, I think it's malware on device plus malware on ATS.

Here's one just pushed me off: samsunggalaxy-2018-giveaway.today...

The rest of the URL contains details of my device and location - so yes, looks like spyware.

Something good came out of this - discovering Firefox Focus. Completely eliminated this crud and displays the site better (in mobile mode).
Last visit to ATS with Chrome...
