I don't think her lawsuit will stand. She claims the agreement was not legally binding because he didn't sign it. But there is clearly a counterpart clause that says he can have his own copy with his signature, she can have her own copy with her signature, and together they represent one original copy. The clause also doesn't require him to have delivered her with his signed copy.

Her lawsuit will get tossed because she has no reason to believe it was not a legally binding contract. And she will lose or be forced to settle with Trump on his $20 million lawsuit.

On that note, if people want to donate to her legal expenses...the money will ultimately go to Trump.

You should also realise that the left has cried wolf so often now that no normal person is going to believe a word they say without clear evidence...and then for any normal person to be concerned it will have to be some evidence of some actual wrong doing that affects the President's ability to carry out his role. That's basic common sense that the 'scandal chasers' will need to get to grips with.

Lawsuit equals deposition. Trump, again being put under oath. Sounds like a risk for Trump. This is not important, but it will get attention, just like Monica.

Actually it's just rounding out what we're learning about his character. Another piece of who he is.
