the issue would be he paid a prostitute not to talk while he was running for the highest office in the land, lest the people find out exactly how he behaves. I don't blame him for wanting to cover his tracks but in this case it was probably illegal. Basically the $130,000 helped secure his win to the presidency. Even if she talks, i think nothing happens, except maybe she has to pay back the $130,000. Probably less than that because Trump is in a better place then where he would have been if no agreement was made.

It may cost him support or votes but liberals can't have it both ways when they say, what happens behind closed doors between to consenting adults is nobody's business but their own.

That is the question that is currently being asked and the answer is: No and yes.

Trump sleeping with a porn star, no that is not a crime and ultimately is not something he can get in trouble with.

Where the trouble starts with is the payment, the money. If he paid her not to talk before announcing his intention to run for President, then no. But the payment was done after and therein lies the question about where the money came from. His attorney stated it came from his pocket and he is expecting to be reimbursed for those funds. And until there is an audit of the records, who can tell. A simple audit of the attorney's financial records and banking, seeing how the money flowed.

So there is the answer, sleeping with a porn star, no.
Paying the pornstar during the campaign for her not to talk, maybe.
