You wouldn't. But if you wanted to discredit the other investigations you do.
Plus if a porn star is ruining your marriage in the public eye and airing your dirty undies for all the world to see including your twelve year old son you do.

Good morning Emin just called and asked me to contact you with something very interesting. The Crown prosecutor of Russia met with his father Aras this morning and in their meeting offered to provide the Trump campaign with some official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to your father. This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government's support for Mr. Trump - helped along by Aras and Emin. What do you think is the best way to handle this information and would you be able to speak to Emin about it directly? I can also send this info to your father via Rhona, but it is ultra sensitive so wanted to send to you first. Best Rob Goldstone

I’m guessing you have trouble reading since that literally spells out exactly the collusion narrative..

Russian spy’s want to meet with trumps campaign to pass on official documents (stolen government documents) as a show of their support for Donald trump..

Aka EXACTLY the collusion narrative.

I'm missing the part where he told them he had stolen government documents. Could you highlight it please?

Russians did exactly what they set out to do: Affect the minds of people who are easily swayed.

Bob Mueller said that Russia intentionally trashed Bernie, in order to help Clinton. After Trump was elected, Russians organized Anti-Trump protests. All this was outlined in Mueller's indictment of the 13 Russian bots.

As Donald Trump says, Russians are laughing their asses off at how gullible most of the media and a huge swath of Americans are.

Precisely. The only ones doing Putin's bidding at this point are the people who can't let go of the Trump-Russia collusion myth. They're sewing the kind of discord Putin wanted. Keep helping Russia dummies.

"We've investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing!"

Schiff has released a statement
democrats-intelligence.house.gov...

"By ending its oversight role in the only authorized investigation in the House, the Majority has placed the interests of protecting the President over protecting the country, and history will judge its actions harshly."

And yet, Schiff has been forced to admit, more than once, that he's seen no evidence Trump or any of his people colluded with Russia.

Schiff is full of schiff. He's just a partisan attack dog.

Anyone who disputes these findings feel free to provide ANY EVIDENCE at all of crimes Trump is even accused of. They have a special prosecutor for months and Trump isn't even ACCUSED of any actual crimes. "Collusion" isn't some prosecutable crime.

No actual criminal accusations, no evidence, no nothing.

Your post is highly illogical and incorrect.

Just because Trump has not been charged or accused of a crime yet does not mean that will not occur when the investigation concludes.

And "collusion" itself is not a crime, but it's various forms are, as I mentioned in another thread.

You are correct that he has not been formally accused of a crime.
Most legal experts agree that it's problematic to actually indict a sitting president.
You are also correct to assert that "collusion" isn't technically a prosecutable crime.
That said, there's an awful lot that Mueller's investigation is looking into, and things like money laundering, cooperating/conspiring with hostile foreign entities, obstruction of justice, etc., are all known angles/threads of that investigation.

It is not correct to suggest there isn't any evidence. Lack of visibility does not equal absence or presence.
We don't know what Mueller does or doesn't have because his team has been virtually leakproof.
The antilogic of the right that suggests we would have seen evidence by now because surely it would have leaked seems to rely on the inherent leakiness of the Trump admin as a model. The FBI and Mueller's team of prosecutors are professionals who know how to keep things secret.

Any suggestion that this is all over because Republicans on the house intel committee say there's nothing there is just laughable. That entire investigation became a sham a long time ago. It completely degenerated into a partisan squabble.
The Republicans have refused to interview, among others, Papadopoulos. They have refused to issue subpoenas. They have refused to call back witnesses for further interviews when new info has come to light. And then there's the murky memo business.

Let's let Mueller and team do their job. If allowed to continue to its conclusion in an unfettered and unimpeded manner, I will be inclined to believe his findings.

But I do not and will not believe the asinine assertions of politicians bent on putting party before principles and people.
