Theresa May on Russian Spy poisoning

Currently addressing the House of Commons.
Has reiterated current sanctions imposed in 2006 and has asked the Vladimir Putin for a response.

Something doesn't smell right about this poisoning. The nerve agent Novichok has been identified as the substance. This agent has a 30 seconds to 2 minute duration till the first symptoms appear. death shortly after. Yet. Yet.
The couple had been for a meal at a restaurant (where traces of the agent were found) then they went to a pub (where traces of the agent were found) then they went to sit on the bench where they were found.
They were either contaminated in the restaurant or before, yet they should have been affected way before the bench.
If you want a conspiracy I would float the idea that this was a suicide pact between father and daughter???????

Well, it does fit nicely in with all the "Bad Russia"-rhetoric.

@crazyseed Maybe they were given a dose that's too small to kill, but big enough to leave traces?

I wonder where this is going in terms of the plan in all of this?

It's a binary agent. The advantage is that two chemicals can be transported safely and then mixed together to make liquid or fine powder. The disadvantage is that they might not get the mix perfect and it won't be effective. There was some suggestions the poision was placed in something. So they could have carried around something like a bouquet of flowers or box of chocolates and only unwrapped it at the park.
