I know it's unprecedented, but I wonder what the world record is for not eating a rib eye. I may have a shot since I doubt anyone has ever gone longer than a week.

Why can't you have both? your tale would make a great comic book movie.

DBCowboy was a normal person with a normal life until the bone graft, then suddenly he could detect cavities by sonar while being haunted by the deceased's donor.

I have heard of transplant recipients learning the same skills as the owner of said bones or organs, let's hope your donor was a martial arts expert that tamed tigers, that would be sweet.
