On 16 October 2016, a series of cryptic numeric tweets were posted on WikiLeaks’ twitter account. The appearance of the tweeted sequences of digits led to large-scale rumors that Julian Assange had been threatened, a circumstance which activated a protocol or dead man’s switchfor Assange’s safety that was reported in 2010.

Much as these tweets provide great fodder for conspiracy speculation, the secret to their meaning is hidden in plain sight. “Pre-commitment” in this case is a references to a cryptographic scheme to prevent unreleased information from being tampered with. Essentially those unique codes are proof to anyone reading the documents in the future that their contents remain unchanged: alteration to the leaks will likewise alter those 64-character codes.

Note: NSA tweet links numbers to "pre commitment" John Podesta while ALSO stating pg is real.

Assange's tweet that incorporates part of the same number sequence says "pre commitment" John Kerry.

The above blog I quoted from says this is just an encryption string and not a dead man's switch.

But it is Assange sending the encryption number out publically so whoever receives his drops will be able to authenticate.

Lexington and Concord were also engagements where the British marched in to try to confiscate colonial arms and the colonists stood their ground.

You want to talk "fake news"? The ones you should worry about are the ones seeking to stifle what they say it is because that more or less means any news they don't like or don't want you to hear -- it doesn't have to actually be fake. Until you understand that, you're in danger.

Having a truly free press means the airwaves are open to anything and everything, true and false, or else the airwaves simply are not free.

They aren't protecting you by appointing themselves gatekeepers. They're controlling you. WAKE UP!

Unless Q is just teaching us history that would be my guess. Also note the AWAKENING in the same crumb. Awakening is mentioned about twenty times by Q. Most often as The Great Awakening.
