Looking at the link you provided and following the instructions you inclided, I have seen that there are indeed a large number of corporations, LLCs, INCs, and trusts of several kinds listed as property owners. There does not seem to be as many individuals listed as owners as one might think and so it is entirely possible that the ownership is being hidden behind the aforementioned entities.

I will spend a little time poking around and see if anything of interest pops up.
