Ill tell you what its like to be tortured. First the voices dont sound like normal human vs human speaking. They use grinding and high pitched constant talking. The vibration gets into the hearing cortex so you cannot ignore it or sleep. They will bring you through spiritual and government oppression interactive programs your thoughts ccan communicate with. They can amplify your main vocal thoughts back at you.
They can rip limbs off with the pain wave system.
