I might have been given something which makes electricity flow in and out of my brain, and my body acts as if some one or somebody control me and my movements.
I feel like a robot!
Is it nanorobotics, geonenginering what is it??????

Hey Elton!

Okay so our brains are electrochemical in nature. In fact, we know that the average neuron (brain cell) has a resting voltage of .07 volts or 70 millvolts.


Here is a simple explanation as to how electrical impulses in our nervous system work:

At rest, your cells have more potassium ions inside than sodium ions, and there are more sodium ions outside the cell. Potassium ions are negative, so the inside of a cell has a slightly negative charge. Sodium ions are positive, so the area immediately outside the cell membrane is positive. There isn't a strong enough charge difference to generate electricity, though, in this resting state.

When the body needs to send a message from one point to another, it opens the gate. When the membrane gate opens, sodium and potassium ions move freely into and out of the cell. Negatively charged potassium ions leave the cell, attracted to the positivity outside the membrane, and positively charged sodium ions enter it, moving toward the negative charge. The result is a switch in the concentrations of the two types of ions -- and rapid switch in charge. It's kind of like switching between a 1 and 0 -- this flip between positive and negative generates an electrical impulse. This impulse triggers the gate on the next cell to open, creating another charge, and so on. In this way, an electrical impulse moves from a nerve in your stubbed toe to the part of your brain that senses pain.

Also, photons (electromagnetic particles) or "light" are constantly mingling with the electrons in our bodies. The higher frequency, the higher the energy and thus, the e.m. energy can penetrate further through matter (a fine example is how we use xrays to see bones).

On the contrary, radio waves which have very long wavelengths (think feet long all the way to several kilometers long) cannot penetrate solid objects very much at all (which is why you tend to lose reception for cell phones but especially rado stations in deep tunnels).


As for your comment on receiving "something". What exactly did you receive, and why do you believe it is causing a lapse in self control?

There are a number of psychological phenomenon and conditions of the mind that can cause one to think what you are suggesting, that they are being controlled by external forces.

Trust me when I say ive been down that road many times. Its not a fun place to be!

You also should strongly consider whatever substances you are intaking, including diet, hydration, as well as sleep. Quality of sleep, or lack thereof, can cause delusions, dissociaton, even hallucinations in some sleep deprived folks. And even legal substances like alcohol and mary jane (legal in some US states) can cause psychotic symptoms, such as delusions, hallucinations, dissociation, etc.

And believe when I say I have been there!

Honestly my best assessment is that it is highly unlikely that youre being controlled as you think you are by any external force or object.

I must confess, however, that the more you believe that notion, that youre being controlled, that belief sometimes can cause one to perceive things that appear to reinforce that false belief.

So be weary of the trickery one's mind can play on itself!

As a final piece of friendly advice, consider how much this idea thst youre being controlled may be affecting the quality of your life. If it bothering you, seek a trusted family member and/or a trusted friend to talk it over.

Time to get checked out if you feel you are being controlled by some outside force. The brain is a remarkable organ, but a whole host of things can start glitching now and then like any other organ. For your own sake, and arguably the sake of some innocents down the line, get it checked out the same way you would get say, your liver checked out if that was acting odd...and that also means the right type of doctor. Have heart issues, go see a heart specialist. Got some brain issues, go see a psychologist and see what his thoughts are. If its medical, time for a scan, if its chemical, time for some balancing pills. Don't be irresponsible with your body...especially the part that controls the whole show.

I can. It's not nanobots or aliens. It's OPs brain function that's gone wonky.
Just because it feels like electricity doesn't mean electricity as such is involved. Sure our brain has a charge but you can't feel it.

What OP can feel are neurotransmitters like adreanaline. Somewhere something isn't working as it should be in OPs brain.

The first thing I'd recommend is to see a doctor ASAP.

The brain is just another organ, like the heart or the lungs or kidneys. When any of them go wrong, nobody ever suspects nanorobots or aliens or gods. Only when it comes to the brain.

Why? Because we think with our brain. When our brain goes wrong, we will automatically think wrong, yet to the individual it feels real because the very organ that has gone wrong is also the one they use to reason with.

OP I am not trying to show off but I do have a BSc [hons] in Neuroscience and I am only saying that so that you know that I didn't just tell you my opinion but t hat I have something to back it up.

I can tell you 100% that it is your own brain that is causing this and maybe it might cheer you up knowing that this can be actually brought under control and you could feel better very soon if you just go to see someone. Don't wait too long or you are going to suffer by your own thoughts that are absolutely dependent on neurotransmitters.

There can be a lot of reasons to cause this. From actual trauma, minute seizures, genetics, tumors etc. Don't you want to have yourself checked out first before suffering alone believing stuff that are not even on the list of possibilities?

There is nothing to be ashamed off, but every day you wait, is another day suffering.

It's called "brain functions", it makes voltage and, you know, thoughts and stuff. But you shouldn't have received this ability from someone else; you're supposed to have had them yourself for a while now.

That is a common and unfortunate side effect of having a brain. Your brain controls a lot of stuff in your body; but trust me, Living is worth this side-effect.
