So? What was truth flulike in the opening pist of this thread?

What was illegal? What proof of what money? Can you cite a named source?

Can you cite evidence the NRA did anything illegal? Something missed by teams of thier lawyers knowing the left wound like to take the NRA down anyway possible? Especially by those politicians that don’t give a darn about the NRA’s backing. Politicians that have a anti NRA base. Funny you ignore reality and the topic of the original post to spin your narrative.

The NRA helped a Russian oligarch to spy on American elections. That is the topic of this thread. It was not illegal, but it might not be in the best interests of the United States, given the pattern of Russian interference in the domestic politics of other nations.

Id exempt radio from pro bono....but that would be great

Radio is struggling to remain relevant enough to monetize.

This is a link to the article
www.npr.org...

Please cite were the word spy or spied is used in the article.

This is the main allegation of the cited source piece, no?

www.npr.org...

These revelations come amid news that the FBI is investigating whether Torshin, the deputy governor of the Bank of Russia, illegally funneled money to the NRA to assist the Trump campaign in 2016, McClatchy reported in January.

How do you spy on an election process where foreign observers are invited to monitor the election?

International election observers assess the state of U.S. politics.

The NPR piece cited was pushing Russian interference by spinning money funneled to the NRA to Trump. Is that a false statement?

The cited NPR hit piece was nothing more than an attempt to ride the perceived anti NRA sentiment after the February 14th school shooting with nothing more than innuendo.

If a foreign national gives money to a lobbying group, that group needs to report it. Did the NRA report it?

Can you cite a source they did not? Is there proof given they did not?

So the NRA is assumed guilty until proven innocent? Is the spirit of the USA that dead?

Or was the implied innuendo what the NPR piece was trying to plant? Who cares about facts? It’s about perception, and what you can spin?

How was the NPR piece originally cited in the opening post about spying again?

How did the NRA funnel money to Trump?

Please cite how the NRA controls all politicians again?

Please spin how all politicians are too fearful to take the NRA to task if there is credible proof they broke the law.

Please keep ignoring there are politicians that have a base looking to take the NRA out with any narrative they can fabricate.

Sad you fell for the lies and innuendo of the left trying to take out the NRA with nothing more than the power of suggestion.

Remember that time when the Russian ambassador sat with all the Democrats?

Clearly, the Democrat party is also a Russian plot ...

Trump's fault.

Probably in the next FISA warrant.

Seriously, it's an attempt to control/change the narrative and make the 2nd Amendment something akin to Russian-zombie-pedophilia-clown-spider-broccoli.

Not a fan of broccoli, unless you are talking about the producer.

NRA =/= 2nd amendment

Not everything = Russian plot, either.

I ate borscht ..! Clearly, it was a Russian plot.

I am learning something though.

We were thinking everything was Trump's fault, but it's not. It's the Russians.

It wasn't Gunther's fault; it was the Russians.

Gunther was from (formerly) East Germany.

It all makes sense now. . . . .

Hey! I'm not the one who put up a thread that begs to made a parody. Perhaps you should discuss this with the OP.

did you read the article?

are you arguing that it's not factual?

or do you just object to people discussing facts that don't fit your favorite narrative?

Yeah, it's painfully clear where they are trying to go with all of this...

These revelations come amid news that the FBI is investigating whether Torshin, the deputy governor of the Bank of Russia, illegally funneled money to the NRA to assist the Trump campaign in 2016

They're gonna find that collusion somewhere somehow.

Russians conspired with the NRA to get Trump elected.

Poor Hillary, she should sue the NRA now. And do another book.

What really really happened!

Shhhhh!

Next book is about how the aliens and the reptilians hate her.

Then maybe they will get her with the big butterfly net.

Check it out. I post an link to an article with some facts (translated emails) and suddenly there's a whole page of the regular right wing posters posting denials, defections, trigger words, but no substances.

Trigger words?

Do you need a safe space?

No, but that's not why Hillary lost and you know it.

The Russians and the NRA didn't get Trump elected period.

That said, if some laws were broken then arrest, Indict the accused and send them to prison if guilty.

Planned Parenthood couldn't get her elected and we give them half a billion bucks a year!!
