Lawsuit: 100,000 noncitizens registered to vote in Pennsylvania

More than 100,000 noncitizens are registered to vote in Pennsylvania alone, according to testimony submitted Monday in a lawsuit demanding the state come clean about the extent of its problems.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation, which has identified similar noncitizen voting problems in studies of Virginia and New Jersey, said Pennsylvania officials have admitted noncitizens have been registering and voting in the state “for decades.”

But state officials have stonewalled PILF requests for access to the data that could expose the problem, the group says in a lawsuit filed in federal court in Harrisburg.

“For months, Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about noncitizens registering and voting — that ends today,” PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said.

That's the real reason democrats want to defend illegal immigrants, and that's how Hillary got the popular vote. Several of us have pointed out how in several democrat cities the left have been allowing non-citizens including illegals to vote.

This comes at the same time that Rahm Emmanuel introduced an ID plan to give illegal immigrants a driver's license which would allow them to vote...

Democrats are the party of criminals resorting to allowing non-citizens, including illegal immigrants to vote in our elections.

No wonder democrats want to do anything in their power to stop deportations of those illegal immigrants who will vote democrat.

They want to make sure all these illegals have a chance to vote before the midterms.. Crazy that they want to give illegal citizens voting privilege, especially when illegal immigration is such a hotly discussed topic.

Dems like to act like they give two sh*ts about illegals, when in reality, they do not care.. They see a vote, they know the likelyhood is they wont vote Republican ticket. They want control of the house/senate, and they know there's millions of votes out there if they give them voting privilege

Subverting the laws of the USA, a country they have taken an oath to protect, is something they are very proud of.

Trump needs to change the max penalty from one year to ten years for voting as a noncitizen. Then step up it’s enforcement so that these noncitizen idiots know with a high degree of certainty that if the vote they will go to jail.

Yes, remember at midterms DACA Folk: Trump is ready to give you twice as many opportunities, but the Dems slapped it down. You're a talking point bargaining chip to them and nothing more.

Apparently you are not familiar with the “acorn con”....

What happens is these forms will pay college kids and other unemployed people 5$ per person they register.

Well there used to be no real way to track who was registered in the field. So they would just accept any registrations that were filled out..

This led to people just going home and filling them out with fictional names they would just make up. Rather than actually going out and registering people.

Because of that you can find Elmer Fudd and bugs bunny in every state, BUT THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT SHOW UP TO VOTE.




It is just one more rightwing scandal, investigated by a GOP congressional committee which found no wrong doing..

That's not what happened here.

In PA, when you get your driver's license renewed, you answer some questions on a display screen. One of the questions is an offer to register to vote and/or change your party affiliation. This is along with an offer to be an organ donor, etc.

This makes it very easy to register to vote in PA. Since illegals can get driver's licenses, they are offered a voter registration. There are no checks of citizenship in this method. This is what the lawsuit is about.

I think it's likely that an illegal would not be afraid to actually vote, since the registration was freely offered to them from an official source.

In fact id say that the official dource is the only liable party. The illegal voter acted in good faith under direction from a government agency.

Hoe about we lock up people for voter suppression instead, we could get rid of the entire GOP that way.

Plain and simple facts evade you Leftists, don’t they?

My past includes law enforcement and community corrections. In my community corrections capacity I attended court for and against my clients and in addition oversaw and monitored 300+ house arrestees and the local work release program for county jail inmates.

Here in Alabama we have many illegals from Latin America. I'm a compassionate person and found that many of my illegals were good folk, but the bad ones are really bad. TONS of Meth and fear no one bad.

Our system looks the other way on illegals--as long as they're paying their fines TPTB don't care what their real identity is, or that they're here illegally and that aspect wasn't fair to my American clients who are treated much rougher. Or our community for that matter.

It's a dichotomy that must be fixed.

Even if the story is true, which I highly doubt, that would be 2% of the electorate there, and since the GOP gerrymandered everything it's irrelevant.

That’s real funny, I would very much like to suppress noncitizens from voting. However, encouraging people to violate the law is also a crime.
