The critical issue in this presentation is whether the reversal is going to happen soon. It is undeniable that the general pole shift and field weakening have presented symptomatically of a reversal or significant excursion, and the only point both ESA/SWARM and MIT use to quell fear is that they believe it will take 1000s of years. The math of losing 5% per decade, and the potential for fast reversals, cast a shadow on such aspersions of safety. news.berkeley.edu... www.Suspicious0bservers.org... www.SpaceWeatherNews.com... www.QuakeWatch.net... www.ObservatoryProject.com... www.EarthChanges.org... www.MagneticReversal.org... The fact is that the radiations of the transmitter passing along the earth's surface are soon extinguished, the height of, the inactive zone indicated in the diagram, being some function of the wave length, the bulk of the waves traversing freely the atmosphere. Terrestrial phenomena which I have noted conclusively show that there is no Heaviside layer, or if it exists, it is of no effect.

Tesla did not believe in the ionosphere (known at the time as the Heaviside layer).

That's alright if you don't watch it. I wouldn't either unless it just grabbed me by the balls and drug me in.
But, I did. And it deals with much more than just our own magnetosphere. It includes activity with our sun and deals with where we are in our own galaxy.
Much respect,

Much respect,
The Earths Magnetosphere interacts with the Suns Magnetosphere. Some time ago, they were talking about portals in the boundary layer where the two intersect. Sometimes, a hole opens up and high-energy particles /plasma/currents can travel through.
Maybe this is enough to wear away at the edges of the Earth's magnetic field, and slowly nudge the magnetic poles towards a new position.

I think we may be in the early stages of a geomagnetic reversal. Or not.
I'm not watching the video but I don't think geomagnetic reversals have anything to do with "energy from space."

The guy is pretty intelligent. You should watch it. I think you would like parts of it
Maybe he's not a psychopath wielding a megaphone, but if he's saying chemtrails are real like the megaphone wielders, the message isn't much different, he's just less dramatic about it.
Ben tells us that chemtrails are real but suspects that the online community is infected with the distraction of “psychopaths wielding megaphones, drowning out all the intelligent discourse”. To some degree I can agree with Ben on fear-mongering.
So there’s nothing at all to worry about?
Not exactly. It’s true that when the poles do reverse, Earth’s magnetic field could get weaker—but its strength is already quite variable, so that’s not necessarily unusual, and there’s no indication it will vanish entirely, according to NASA. Why? Because it never has.

Maybe you were misled by the man speaking at the beginning of the video, he's intelligent but he's not Ben Davidson, he's someone else (Dr August Dunning at Caltech).
Ben Davidson says chemtrails are real. Sorry but people who say that never come across as intelligent to me.

In the video discussed in the OP, if he doesn't even know how to spell the word shields, how much does he really know about them?
It seems melodramatic to me to say they are disappearing. For one thing even during a pole reversal, I don't think the earth's magnetic field vanishes entirely.
No, We're Not All Doomed by Earth's Magnetic Field Flip
