As for the OP--I've made my stance on abortion known far too often on abortion, so I'm not going to get into it in this thread. I will say that Pence's comment probably isn't accurate, but we'll see. We have a decent make-up of Justices in SCOTUS right now, and I foresee at least one more appointee during Trump's presidency, maybe a couple if he earns himself a second term.
