Deep Dream AI Just Blew My Mind

Not even a little bit. It made my head explode about ten minutes ago.

I uploaded two pictures of myself. One color photo and one black and white.

I honestly dont really know how to react to the results.

The first, color image, the resulting image turned my eyes black with reddish streak tinge. What's more, my chin has a small patch of green scales. Its not even subtle.



This is where it gets exponentially weirder.


The second image, the black and white image...

First of all, color appeared in the image. Coincidentally, my chin, again, has a small patch of green effin scales, the exact same spot.

This image is more of a 3 quarters angle, whereas the first one is face on.


Then I noticed...something.


In the original image, you can see a table and empty chairs behind me...



"Empty"


In the deep dream image, sitting in one of the chairs, facing directly toward me, is some..."thing".

It looks like a colorful, psychedlic blob entity with two very, very distinct eyes. Its not even subtle, it is conspicuous as ever.

A black and white image of me with an empty chair behind me...yielded this...?

I honestly dont know what the hell this voodoo software is, but it has officially blown several circuits in my brain! 😮😂

I found out last year from genetic testing that my father's side of the family is not only nearly nothing but Scottish (we might be bucktoothed inbreds), he also seems to have one of the highest concentrations of identfiable Neanderthal genes catalogued.

In the days following that revelation, the thought that neanderthals actually had scales passed through my mind for some completely unknown reason.

These deep dream images didnt alleviate that notion lmfao.

I figure that's the case. My buddy said the software utilizes common subtle patterns and uses a database of images for the effect, largely images of animals.
