I find it remarkably odd, sad and a little funny that people are ready to give into fear and continue living in it at the hands of extreme cowards.

Tossing rights and the ability to think and reason aside for the sake of a little facade of security.

This tactic is all too familiar and it keeps coming from the same playbook. We know the government hates competition.

Our modern society has become more complex.

As a result, we've become more dependent on the agencies that fuel society.

We have created a symbiotic relationship with the entity of government.

*The above post caused me to think a lot. It has created a nose bleed. I will now have to spend the rest of today making fart jokes in order to recuperate.

It's all about perception. Observing your blind acceptance of anything Trump, Jones, Limbaugh, Hannity, Tucker etc tells you to parrot Neo, even in the face of facts and evidence, makes me wonder if you are capable of self thought, critical thought or any thoughts your own. I assure myself you are a bot.

Definition of civil liberty :

freedom from arbitrary governmental interference (as with the right of free speech) specifically by denial of governmental power and in the U.S. especially as guaranteed by the Bill of Rights —usually used in plural

The op called it.

Tossing rights and the ability to think and reason aside for the sake of a little facade of security.

The usual suspects ignore civil liberty when they are supposedly the proponents of it.

Society 'gives' out everything else - why not 'security'?

Society removes a need for responsibility.

Give out free abortions - it's not your fault - you shouldn't have to be burdened.

Gives out free needles - you're a victim to drugs - here have a safe place to shoot up.

Ohh, you poor thing - you can't get off your arse and work? Here's some food for free...

On and on...

Now, as a rule instead of an acception 'society' is so dependant on the Government they're ready to roll over and give up their personal protection for government protection.

Is it really any surprise?

Why bloviate after all?

All this anti gun rhetoric has really got me thinking and they've finally convinced me. I've made my choice. There's plenty of reasons I should and no real good ones that I shouldn't. It's hard.....but I've made up my mind.
I know...I'm kinda surprised too.

Going to get a Beretta Storm on Monday

....or CZ....or maybe the new H&K !.....

Damn. Now I'm right back where I started.

I think the solution is so easy even a caveman can do it.

Don't like guns don't buy one.

Easy peasy.

Not responsible for it.

Neither is 300 million other Americans.

Only the person committing the crime is.

Try reading the 5th.

Clearly not bots Neo, they are children who can string a sentence, and not everything can be solved at the point of a gun...unless you are an Atypical NRA person.

A lot of problems could be solved if a certain group would actually bother to read.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Look into a mirror and see yourself as you really are.My question
to you is this...Who is the bot? Assuming you are the face of self
thought and critical thinking. Listening to twisted facts and manufactured
evidence, parroting the very one's who are trying to enslave the population.
Blindly going where you are ordered to go,think a certain why and act
according to their will.
Your list told me all that I need to know and have a nice day!
