Reconstruction surgery is what they do...when a woman has had a mastectomy to save her life from breast cancer. A mastectomy in case you don't know is when they remove your breasts in surgery.

why would i want to look it up on a medical site, last time i look up in the medical sites for penis reduction surgery. Absolutely useless. No usefull informations there at all. daily news do just fine.

Somebody didn't read the article. They actually are providing breast implants, whether it's just for those with reconstruction surgery or mastectomy's isn't really clear.

Agreed. From what I've read, India certainly does need to invest in toilets and nutrition.

But that doesn't negate the fact that people have sometimes deadly and debilitating medical concerns, and a cleft palate is something that can be repaired, and since we can do it, we should.

Whether they are right in their outrage or not doesn't give you the right to attack someone for their opinion.

The article doesn't clarify if it's augmentation just for underpriviledged masectomy and reconstruction patients or overall for the underprivileged. The question is really are their people being provided the necessities of life first and this being an extension of providing cosmetic confidence to those who need it.

I understand how these conditions can affect people negatively, however it's their responsibility to make sure they provide the necessities of life to their citizen's first. That's the debate here.

TN is corrupted to the core. Clinics like this only going to help hookers and wanna be ‘it’ girls. This first world morons have dont have a clue of 2 cents they are spilling here. In india there is 14 missing bridges. Bridges bigher then the severn bridge. Someone eat the bridge budget and pooped it.. no one knows where is it both money and the bridges.
