Whether they are right in their outrage or not doesn't give you the right to attack someone for their opinion.
The article doesn't clarify if it's augmentation just for underpriviledged masectomy and reconstruction patients or overall for the underprivileged. The question is really are their people being provided the necessities of life first and this being an extension of providing cosmetic confidence to those who need it.
I understand how these conditions can affect people negatively, however it's their responsibility to make sure they provide the necessities of life to their citizen's first. That's the debate here.
