At the top of your opening post, on the right hand side, there is an edit icon. Which you've found, seemingly...I see.

Click it, and you should be able to just pick up where you left off...

Or, you can just pick up there with another post.

Welcome and you will get the hang of it soon. Got you beat by a couple of years. Also into genealogy. Found a father I never knew was missing a couple years ago. Lots of trees done to find him with DNA. Maybe we will be besties.

I caught the genealogy bug last year, it is quite the addiction.

I have a few brick walls I am trying to sleuth my way through on my mother's side. Some of the record keeping in regards to the Irish immigrants aren't the greatest.

Can I please private message you in regards to a surname I need help with?

A family member has collected about 34.000 next-and-not-so-next of kin.

Another family member had to bring a family tree to school.

It was about 300 pages of text.
