That's a very myopic view and I disagree. Voters don't "do it to themselves" because they never had a truly free election to begin with. I don't think I have to tell you how the election process works. I'm not inferring it is rigged but you have to realize it is better to act on something than act on nothing.

In the end we are left with two candidates. Some like to say they are choosing the lesser of the two evils which over the course of history has proven to be very true.

Muslim extremists are just the next pawn in the game. Next time it will be some other alienated sub-section of society which is made out to be the bogey man. There is only one way to stop the cycle but I am in no way naive enough to ever believe that it is even remotely possible. Because it isn't. Therefore I am left with only one option. Learning how to live within the lie being presented to us on a daily basis.
