That's the issue here.

I'm talking about half black and half white, not tiny percentages of African heritage that are claimed to be "mixed". Everybody is mixed in some way if you go back far enough in their lineage. If there was another half black / half white president, then please post the name. I've heard a lot of false claims like people accusing Abraham Lincoln of being black, but it ended up being complete speculation.
