I came across this one which is a bit of interest, the fertile mind of Mr. Tesla put together this interesting radio, he couldn't work out whether he was getting information from deceased persons or off world entities/perhaps both. The circuit is simple this chap made one and tested it by putting the audio through his laptop, the circuit is basically the same as a crystal set but instead of having an earth and aerial wire he has the spiral copper wound dishes opposed.

It's not an EVP as such, but the effect is quite strange , if everything is a frequency of a magnetic wave, if they are not real voices then they are definitely a something.

Needs to work on cleaning it up so the voices can be heard better.

It could be psychic telecommunications if it's actually picking up anomalous voices that respond to thoughts and questions.

I don't have enough data available to know either way though.

It is EVP.

Keep in mind EVP can come in many forms and be accessed by a lot of different techs.

It screams to me like one of those creepypasta type videos... like the one where they kept prisoners in a room and deprived them of sleep for weeks using some special gas, and they all went mad, ripping their eyes out, saying they didn't want to sleep again, etc, and to turn the gas back on...

but if not, then what awaits us in the afterlife is an eternity of torture sitting behind the veil of this reality, able to peer in, but silently screaming for help.

yay.

ps, the yell, sounded oddly like that goat. lol

Critically, you need the whole circuit diagram.

You can call them Tesla Coils but they seem to be used just as a broad band antenna.

That will pick up lots and lots of garbage including any two way radios in the vicinity and that accounts for the strange isolated phrases.

Now, test it in a Faraday Cage and I would be impressed.

Dang it!! I read the thread title as: Tesla’s Spirit of the Radio!!!

I really love Rush!

Sorry. Back to Five Man Acoustical Jam!

(Trying to be funny... probably failed. I will see what the diagram looks like later... and sober, so much thanks for bringing this up)

"Invisible airwaves crackle with life
Bright antennae bristle with the energy"

(Daaang, now I gotta go listen to that hah!)

Pretty cool I guess. But why not just use a regular radio and tune in to the shows you want to hear instead of random snippets from who knows were or what?

But I can see Tesla doing this stuff, listening to the random junk of the universe, or most likely his local surroundings. Jeez hope they never make better radios the ones that can pick up all kinds of different frequencies and vibrations, I mean look what regular radio and TV has done, nothing but noise and mambo jumbo all day long, there still arguing about Trump and whoever else this very moment on the airwaves. It almost makes one want to nuke them so they would all shut up.

Oh yes, the airwaves radio and Teslas machinations was a bad idea. Likely if expanded upon to pick up all kinds of channels then it will just be more nonstop bla bla bla, its good to keep this technology on the down low or get rid of it entirely, who knows what kind of annoying weirdos would start broadcasting there nonstop blabbing from which dimension it would start worse then a religion.

I am sure Tesla realized this, probably why he did everything so half assed and not bothered to much with anything wider scoped. Even somebody like him must have realized it would cut into his pigeon petting time, and who knows what kind of nonsense they were spouting in his time but it must have bored and droned on to death, surprised he didn't burn all his notes.

He should have at the least offered an official apology for help causing this 20th century and beyond, felling ashamed which it looks like he was a bit, just does not cut it, an official apology note written or something would have been acceptable however. I mean look at what he started, just such a mess, and now he inspired others to mess around to with radio waves and what not, and they turned it into a conglomerate. Seems like to much of a bother over nothing.

Do I really have to point out the irony of someone complaining about radio on the internet?

So is this basically a spirit box?

A ghost box is a communication tool used by some investigators to speak to the other side. Typically, a ghost box is a modified portable AM/FM radio that continously scans the band. When on, it is believed to create white noise and audio remnants from broadcast stations that entities are able to manipulate to create words and even entire sentences.

Lots of videos of them on Youtube.

Plays that song that so elusive
And the magic music makes your morning mood...

@OP, well, that is interesting. Although not certain why "tesla coils" are featured. As others said, why not just a radio? I would bet if you just placed a microphone out there, amped it up 400% you'd get similar results.

S+F. We are all part of the continuum of light, so why not radio? Although this kind of reminds me of the guy on Art Bell playing his recordings backwards!

And echoes with the sound of salesmen!!

I am well aware of the irony of complain about such thing on the internet. But all I am saying this may be a good case for developing time travel, so we can go back in time and stop all these shenanigans Tesla started. Personally I think we would be much better off communicating by raven or pigeon, that or smoke signals. It would be more on par with humanities level would it not?

Though communication by pigeon, that guy Tesla would like that to much, and everybody else? Well they would be to busy cleaning up pigeon poop, its a stinky way of communicating over great distances. I was just thinking that as things stand, maybe all this technology in humanities day to day, its like giving a chimp a cellphone. Reach and grasp, are two different things, both misunderstood, most if not everybody walking this earth has exceeded there reach and grasp.

But anyways, reading this, seems people want to talk to spirits using a radio. I mean sure why not. I am just saying, what if you talk to them. And then they just don't shut up? Would be annoying would it not, kind of like having Jehovah witnesses at your door every dam day, I mean for how long would one be able to play nice then? My bet is, a few days at most, maybe a month or two, but no more then three months.

All electronic technology was invented by Satanists looking for Satan. The CRT for example, was not created to watch television shows; they obviously didn't exist yet.

Imagine plugging in the first radio receiver. What was there to recieve? Did the first guy find Satan, or did Satan tell the demons on the party line to hush up and play dead? How many humans are in on the Skynet agenda? Computers ran by demons, running humans lives, turning them into computers, and selling it as the evolutionary trade off?

About as many as are on the Satan and God agenda. Now refresh my memory who wrote the bible was it Paul or Peter, or was it Caesar Constantine? The emperor in the west around the time Christianity became popular. That wrote it. Or was it the monks who always kept writing things down from time to time.

Basically Satan and Skynet are two different mediums and shows. You could subscribe to both, as both are entertaining, but you cant mistake them for the same thing, thats taking things to seriously. Let me ask you a question that once a popular dysfunctional homicidal clown once asked his audience in a popular movie.

Why so serious?... You seem to have all your believes all in a mix and match mish mash, I am surprised you did not thrown in Gandalf battle with the Balrog in there as wel, how would Gandalf fit into Gods order of things, or Satans schemes?

Who knows why some people want to listen to what they think are ghosts on a radio. It is rather strange, most especially since it can also be very likely that there just picking up random noise and snippets from random chats on somebody talking on the cellphone with there grandma or girlfriend, that or one of the hundreds or thousands of other radio signals coming from practically any and all direction across the globe.

Yes I know, it may seem strange to you. But this to will also seem strange and may even shock you, not many subscribe or have even read the bible, and now a days even that is becoming less and less, to read only one book, that is. But everybody follows there favorite topic's regardless.

Well that is interesting, and a bit spooky, don't like sneaky invisible weirdos slinking around. But there are so many questions here, or not that many. But here is one, even if this guy was the first guy ever to use a CB radio, how are we to believe him? Or even how are we to believe that if he was the first guy ever to use a CB radio, how do we know that the second person to use a CB radio did not just decide to troll him?

But its a spooky story indeed. And almost the plot to stranger things. But ya know if were were doing this scientifically maybe somebody should find out were this park is and try to recreate this encounter with ghost Angela. You know a the only difference from just random spouting and scientific evidence is repeatable observation.

If Angela is still hanging around that park after all these years that is. Though in all cases that is not bound to be likely. If its all bullsnip then its bound to be nothing there, if its an attempt at trollories, well the troll is bound to not be there and moved on by now. And if it was actually a ghost? Well no doubt there bound to be up to other ghost stuff by now.

Maybe its a good thing the guy didn't stick around to much to see this "see me person up closer and more persona" You know, not all ghosts are bound to be like Casper, and it could have been the demogorgon for all the guy knew. When the hairs on the back of your neck go up, well its never usually because it will be a welcome surprise.

Yes he usually does radio stuff on his channel but he has posted what look like three spooky encounters with regards to receivers. Now days they could be dismissed as glitches, as were in information overload anyway.

The voices clearly have an American accent. Best way to verify if this thing works, is to take it to a graveyard in France, or China. Would the voices speak French or Mandarin?

Hey who said all ghosts are dead people? That's likely just a conceit people have.
