i dont want to be rude to the op, but i always wonder how people take such terrible photos.
literally all you have to do is stand still and press a button.
it baffles me.

This was taken indoors with what looks like just a low wattage bulb for lighting. To our eyes this is still daylight,to a mobile phone image sensor this is almost the middle of the night. This would need a very long shutter speed for correct exposure, even if it's as short as a second most people wouldn't even be able to hold something as small and light as mobile phone still for one second.
Even modern DSLRs with proper image stabilisation, you'd never get a perfectly sharp image without using a tripod under these conditions.

I would say it’s the other way around. The left looks like a dress? The right more like a boy?

It’s a poor quality picture- so nothing definitive but cool nonetheless.

Thanks for sharing it!

Oddity number 1: I've never in my life had a cell phone with a camera so bad that this would be the best example photograph that I could use to start a discussion on anything. Never mind the paranormal.

This is nonsense.

First thing I saw was a lightbulb that looks like a fat stumpy wiener.

Any camera is only ever as good as the person using it,irrespective of whether it costs $50 or $50,000.Just think if it was clear and unblurred though, there wouldn't be anything paranormal about it would there?

The real oddity is how can anyone take such a bad blurry picture.
