The information says he did that because she used the bathroom, not because she's African-American.

I think its funny, on MLK day, where he wants everyone to be judged by their actions, that this post doesn't follow MLK wishes.

Right , we don't know the motivation for the attack yet.


But attacking a women who is unable to defend herself for ANY reason makes this guy deserving of an ass beating.

Well the Pittsburgh mayor tried to insert race also.

"It is my sincere hope that these charges are another step in sending a very clear signal that Pittsburgh will not tolerate violence against women and that we will work as a community to protect all women, and notably African American women, from physical and emotional violence," Peduto said in a statement Saturday.

As others have said, it appears the woman was arrested as well.

Regardless, this guy is a scum bag and deserved to be arrested, that much is certain.

The difference here is that this women was clearly much weaker than her attacker. So no mater what she said to him this level of abuse was not right. Now if she was giving him attitude and he said some mean things to her but never touched her I would just laugh about his.


This is only justified if we find out that she hit that guy several times just before the camera got turned on.

He was said to have a mark on his forehead by police who arrived at the scene and he reckons he “slipped” and don’t know whether he hit his head on the doorway or the woman’s face...

Video answers that one.

Then he reckons he grabbed the woman by the hair to “shake her head” and “didn’t know her head was hitting the floor”...

I second that, I live near pittsburgh and have seen some of the adds.

If he has info this was race related, lets see it.

Otherwise, it is very unethical to just insinuate race was involved and then show no proof of it.
