From previous contributions from the maker of the video, it appears to be mostly genuine footage which has been interpreted rather over optimistically.

Over 1600 videos on his channel, lucky fellow.

There is no atmosphere on the moon, why must the hucksters always produce a fuzzy craphappy photo ??

Not really sure what it's proof of, other than grainy films are still ever present in 2018.

Get a hold of yourself chrismarco! Don't lose yourself over a video, questionable or not. Do you reply this way to the multitude of threads that also feature questionable content? I said I was in a rush, didn't have time to research it. Members have something to say, sometimes positive and sometimes negative such as your comments. Truth-seeker Streetcap1 claims he sourced the snaps from the Chinese Chang'e 3 lunar rover, launched in 2013.

Vent your understood frustration on Streetcap1 and do some research on available footage from Chinese Chang'e 3 lunar rover.

It's a hill. It's been discussed here before, by one of our resident nibiru believers I think, and multiple other images of it were found. No idea what thread though, that was a few years ago.

You can download China's data here,

For Chang'e-3 click on 'Scientific data', then the CE3 tab. The camera data are listed under 'PCAM' and 'TCAM'. The data levels (eg 2A, 2B) refer to the level of processing applied to the data.

You'll need to download special software to open the image, eg nasaview

It's worth pointing out that CE3 landed on the near side of the moon and therefore alleged buildings would be visible with a telescope from Earth.

Thanks for the valuable info, it's well appreciated.

However, your last sentence is a typical earthling view(!). Would aliens actually construct buildings that would resemble ours and do so in plain view? And there isn't an earth-based telescope with the necessary resolution. And Lunar Orbiters and LROC took hi-def photos and nothing out of the ordinary natural features is visible. Hubble would be the best hope but long ago it was stated that Hubble couldn't image the Moon. Perhaps it can now but I'm not aware of any such efforts.
