Recent sighting in SoCal man alleges mothership releases many small orbs

I can't say I have seen to many videos like this.

The witness says he used a Canon SX 60 with monopod shot in infrared.


It is at about the 7.50 minute mark in the video when you see his claim of orbs being released, some of which go on to form a triangle.

I saw a huge white orb over my house in Long Beach CA on October 21, 2017. At first I spotted two objects crossing paths with each other. I then focused on the larger one. As I zoomed in on my camera the UFO started ejecting smaller spheres into the atmosphere. The first ejection formed a triangular formation! As I kept filming the object started emitting tons of orbs falling in a steady stream from the main object. There were at least 40 smaller spheres emitted from the main UFO. Interestingly the smaller orbs were only visible through my infrared camera. This was recorded with my full spectrum Canon SX60 with a monopod in my backyard in Long Beach, CA.

Looks like a weather balloon trailing its payload and shedding as it breaks up.

Sometimes people catch them exploding.

there are some similarities esp. with video #2, but did not see any interesting triangle formations come in that video, but definite similarities for sure.

Interesting comparison but to me, the differences far outweigh the similarities. In your balloon examples, there is a preponderance of lights, not single ones and none of which go on to form a triangle. I think the term "Mothership" is a bit misleading.

This I find interesting and thank you for posting. A while back I recounted some tales told to me by my Father and sister about what seems to be a similar experience. I've not heard any accounts that really were the same until this one. My post regarding my fathers and sisters sightings can be found here ...

I put it under short stories because none of it could be corroborated at the time and I've still not found any other witnesses to the siting. But it may hold some interest/be of relevance to this siting.

Looks like a fighter plane on maneuvers dropping chaff or whatever it is they use to throw off heat-seeking missiles. Note how the light source appears like 2 jet engines close together as it turns away from the camera. That's why it shows up so bright in infrared, it's jet exhaust.

I think I might have seen something like this on that date over the San Fernando Valley, although I only saw two "orbs" that interacted with each other. I didn't see either of the things release any baby orbs. First there was one, which fluttered and wobbled for a while before it stopped wobbling, changed direction and met up with the other one. They circled around each other, then split apart, slowly heading in opposite directions before fading away. That's what it looked like, anyway.

I'm not 100 percent sure of the date, and I don't know if it was the same thing, or part of it. Or if they were just balloons (although they appeared to have nothing to do with the wind, flying in many different directions). They were so high in the air and so small that I couldn't have captured the scene on video. So it must not have happened.

Attention UFO video posters: why take the time to add spooky woo-woo music?

It totally cheapens the video and turns it into a sideshow act.


Yeah--I saw the comments there stating the music doesn't prove it's a hoax, but turning an alleged UFO sighting into a full-up entertainment production sure makes it smell like Jabez the Wolf Boy.

My thought is skydivers ....

This is for sure a balloon flying in the day-glow, edge of space. But I don't think it's dropping anything. It looks to me like just the radar targets spinning in the light.

Looks like a few people jumping from a larger air balloon of some sort with their parachutes!

A bit hard to tell really what the larger object is as that itself looks like a huge paragliding canopy.

I really love when they do the "analysis" with filters and zoom and such!

But the only way I KNOW it a UFO is when they add creepy or mysterious music! After they add that well then I am convinced!

Agreed. Not real scientific probably, but heck I give him some credit for attempting to analyze his own video.

I wonder if these orbs can be seen at all without a infrared camera? That would be interesting to know. You begin to wonder too are the orbs that so many people are seeing from outside our planet or are they being created by a unknown natural phenomenon right here on earth.

The witness said that the “ejected” objects were only visible through the infrared camera. That adds some intrigue to the sighting.

Very excellent video capture. I have seen and video taped this same UFO phenomena many times here in Oregon. I am still wondering what the smaller released objects are and where they are going. They could be alien surveillance drones or garbage or even excrement being released , etc.? Infrared is nice, but not necessary to see and capture them. The released objects I have seen don’t seem to make it to the ground and disappear in mid flight. For the skeptics > this is not even close to a balloon exploding.

The large object looks like a balloon of some sort, you can see it rotating erratically. The smaller objects could be some small flaming debris released by the balloon. There’s nothing for image scale, so there’s no way to know how big (or small) anything is.

The dramatic music makes this look & sound like a pre-planned event. The hoax group SecureTeam 10 also has some role in this, based on comments from the YouTube site.

The fact that music is present on the YouTube video doesn’t mean that the video is a hoax. The witness stated that hundreds of objects were released and they were only visible in the infrared. If this is true, the object probably is not a balloon.
