Yeah I remember that, remote viewing the past of mars i believe. They were struggling to survive and staying indoors because of some cataclysmic (self-inflicted?) event.
Ofcourse it's that, you'd never find them having dinner or some mundane stuff.

You could change the experiment in the hopes of higher succesrate;

-Draw a picture while thinking of a 4 digit number, post the pic. Guess the number
