Like any book, I'm sure it's part reality, part fiction, exxagerated non-fiction, or whatever politically correct term you want to apply.

I heard they are going to make a TV show based on the book. Kinda helps place it on the fact or fiction scale. But some people think that Madam Secretary is based on Hillary since Tia Leone sorta looks like her....and she is married to Mulder so the whole thing is just one big X-File....

Large sections are transcripts of public speeches and interviews, interposed with the reactions of clearly identifiable staffers. Bannon clearly had an axe to grind and was one source. Another was either Kushner or Henry Kissinger, since they would be the only two privy to their conversation . I'm betting on a frustrated Kushner.
