The problem is those two have exactly the same personalities and they both think they are right and the other is wrong. Kimmy is wrong, obviously his button is smaller (but is actually red - we all know Trump's button will be gold-plated). But in Kim's mind he is "the best". And in Trump's mind he is "the best".
What happens when an immovable object and an unstoppable force comes face to face?
Either one of these two can "push the button" just out of spite - their egos won't let them back off.
Somewhere, someone is going to end up splattered like split pea soup on the floor if it escalates.

I sincerely hope it stays with chest thumping and grunts.

The alternative is that Trump actually read the Art of War and is playing focusing on illusion and reality. Knowing Trump though, he would've told everyone if he read a book.
More realistically they're just two 5-year-olds playing the "my Dad is stronger" game...

In all seriousness though, would someone that knew and experienced the atrocities of war make light of such a topic? Is there a point where the topic should be taken a bit more seriously by Trump?

Here's the deal, President Trump is not a career Politian and doesn't kiss @ss. He is going to say what he wants to. He said going into politics that PC was out the window. I for one appreciate his style, its no nonsense politics. He has done so much for this country. If you think about it, if were to continue down the same road the Democrats were taking all of us we all would be looking for jobs and being taken by the establishment on a daily basis.

No body wants to be cruel and mock the sick.

I don’t like hearing people mock Trumps possible mental problems, but there is enough here to cause for worry.

Sure I call him names but not in the spirit of marginalizing the possible illness of his psyche.

But what can we do , its out of our hands. The people near him have to have him checked out or do the 25th amendment if they know something we don’t know.

In my little psychoanalytical training, I recall something known as the ego ideal, a Sigmund Freud and Karen Horney concept…

This involves a neurotic state where the person has a false ideal of their greatness, stemming from youthful inadequacy. Indeed, they grow up idealizing a false image of themselves.

Trump may have issues like this, not necessarily a extreme psychosis, but certainly a problematic issue for a president with his hands on the button.

We do not know what the mental health of the President happens to be. And as much as we can speculate, the reality is this:

For there to be a diagnosis of any kind, it would require a full medical work up of the President, a full physical, and then a full psych test, and followed by a neurologist to look at the brain. And only they would be able to say one way or the other what all is going on.

But that is in the hands of the federal government and the doctors that are there to try to keep him healthy.

Funniest part of this thread is the people that defended Hillary when people were posting all the videos about weird things she did and all the stuff people used to say she was physically or mentally unfit. They said you can't make that determination from outside observations...those same people are here...pushing this as hard as they can. I am glad though...it helps me figure out who to take seriously around here and who to watch for entertainment...

He's got to have a "looking glass" future time viewing capability. Then he comes around us simple folk and trolls us all into either changing or fulfilling what he saw. The bizarre things he says that always, always, always eventually comes true is scary. The sometimes goofy and outrageous WAY he says them is the cover for his time viewing capabilities.

2020 will be another solid victory for Trump because the only people on the Democratic side are the weak minded who cannot handle the reality of Trump as president for the first term. The Democrats have to work off talking points and the nimble Republican campaign of Trump will out think and out strategize them. Already they are giving Trump the campaign commercials he needs. The Chicago Democratic govt. is calling for the UN to occupy their violent city. They can't even handle one city in this country.

The following ramble is one of the saddest I've seen come from the mouth of a POTUS..

People want the border wall. My base definitely wants the border wall, my base really wants it—you’ve been to many of the rallies. Okay, the thing they want more than anything is the wall. My base, which is a big base; I think my base is 45 percent. You know, it’s funny. The Democrats, they have a big advantage in the Electoral College. Big, big, big advantage ... The Electoral College is very difficult for a Republican to win, and I will tell you, the people want to see it. They want to see the wall.

Oil is a commodity market and prices are determined by supply and demand which a President cannot control. Unless you are one of those that believe all US oil goes to Americans. There are many kinds of oil and it all needs refined. The US buys most of their oil from Canada.
