Time now to join this venerable old forum. Isn't this where John Titor met his match? I think I might have even joined once long ago. I am a veteran of the defunct Time Travel Forum and Conspiracy Cafe, if there are any of my former correspondents here who can direct me to the right threads.

I am a retired criminal defense attorney, and poet, from Central California, and a student of American popular culture, familiar with almost all of the classic "conspiracy theory" topics-- though the label is most often used by those bent on debunking conspiracy theory by lumping it into one category. What's the logical fallacy of that? It must have a technical name.

As an example of what interests me, look at the late physicist Prof. G., who worked at the University of Nevada in the 1970s, and who has two peculiar items on his resume: he was the leader of the Alsos expedition to recover German nuclear materials and research in 1945, and served on the CIA Robertson committee. In both roles, he assured the public that they had nothing to worry about-- that the Nazi Bomb and UFOs presented no threat and were of no interest to the government.

My main interests are in time travel, UFOs, and the secret government (or government secrets). I reckon that half of the wealth of the world is held by 1% of Americans, and up to a third of that is deposited in secret offshore accounts, so... lots there to work with for a start.

I can give lengthy opinions on the current collapse of our Constitution, the coverups and scandals in the Administrations of all but Carter over the course of my lifetime (since Carter seems perfectly clean), and the real meaning of the pervasive UFO meme in popular culture.

Roy Bean huh? I have visted his courthouse still standing in Val Verde county. Heard of his exploits and generally found his "legacy" very interesting.

My family lives here in California too!
We live kind of between San Francisco and Sacramento. Great Grandpa is a scientist with many degrees and titles. He just turned 91, and has been called to the White House before. Grandpa talks on here too, and he is a steel worker but he is real smart too. My dad is very smart too but he doesn't come on here. My mom is very pretty and smart too. She works hard and takes good care of me. My whole family shares the same interests you have

Looking forward to your evidence-based opinions regarding Time Travel and the UFO phenomenon. I think what's being referred to as the "Mandella Effect" is related to one or both of those items.
