I can only assume you're drunk and or being difficult, a conversation cannot be had by answering a question with a question, since you are an Ats legend when it comes to wordmashing, carry on with someone other than me.... Happy New Year.

I most definitely not defending them. My mother is married to a Muslim, when travelling through the middle east with her husband..the one country they could not enter was SA, she was welcomed and treated as family everywhere else.
What is your solution that will actually have any effect? regarding SA.

Then maybe the US should put them on the list, they are the hotbed of the worst interpretation of Muslim ideology, not all Muslim's live and believe that backwards crap.
We both know that will never happen though..because $$$ is more important.

Okeydokey I'm off to get drunk and work on my hangover.
Les, you're an interesting character and I love your input.
I have to leave you with this though, the same stance you're arguing here in this thread could be argued for a Muslim that felt his way was better, and Sharia law should be implemented in Canada to save you from yourself . If you answer I'll take up in hungoverville.

I don't know anyone personally buying into their propaganda..other than the useless U.N.
My mothers husband does not buy into it one bit, and he has family there..they are not Wahabi.
I do believe continuing to business with them supports it to some degree.
Twenty-three bills have been introduced in 18 state legislatures this year to ban the practice of Islamic law...

It's pointless to try and change those that believe in it, you are not going to sway them. It's like trying to sway a drug addict to get clean..not going to happen unless they want to change(not sure if that's a great example but WTH)
Anyway, I'm not in the slightest concerned that sharia is coming here or that it will supersede our existing laws.
Like I said earlier, I think most that come here, do so to escape that kind of oppression.
I'm sure there are some that probably would like it but it's not going to happen.
