Your a weird individual the male organ contains no muscles. However breast augmentation destroys your chest muscles and they are important to runners. Then there is the conversion of muscle to fat that occurs to males given female hormones.

You tried to make three points so I'll address them accordingly.

1. You agreed with me. Penises don't have muscles.
2. Breast augmentations do not destroy muscles. For women, an implant is added either behind the fat or behind the muscle, neither destroying muscle. For men, their breasts are removed, also not destroying muscle; just removing fatty tissue. If you need to research that last part, look at the male trans models like Aydian Dowling (swoon).
3. The conversion of muscle to fat when trans women are going through hrt is true. But we allow cis gender women to enlist, right? And this is a ban on ALL trans people. If muscles were the issue, why wouldn't Trump promote more trans men? Those dudes take testosterone for hrt and turn fat to muslce. So... what's the difference?

The US president announced in July that he planned to block the Obama-era policy of accepting transgender people into the military.

But the government has accepted defeat after federal appeals courts in Washington and Virginia ruled against the president, who will not challenge them.

I'm always interested to see how Trumpers try to turn everything Trump does into "winning." Here's my guess as to how they'll spin this:

"Trump's order was overturned. Time to clean house in the deep state. Trump is just making the traitors expose themselves. #MAGA"

Alright Trumpists, Trump's been in power for a year. Time is running out. You've most likely got three years left.

You can't keep making promises forever.

The U.S. Military does not operate under the constitution. Civilian courts do not have a say in what or how the Military does. That is the job of the Commander and Chief. He is law for the military.

The military specifically operates legal matters under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The Commander & Chief is judge, jury, and executioner when it comes to military law. UCMJ.

The role of a soldier is to follow orders, even if those order upset your fragile sensibilities. You also learn words like, Honor, Integrity, Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Courage. There was time when those words actually meant something, but now a days they only mean something to too few.

Edited to add.
This is the oath that is sworn.

I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

Actually I have changed my mind on this topic, as long they don't effect unit cohesion, but if they do then the CO needs to do whatever he needs to do to fix it.

Transfer ?
Code Red ?
Honorable discharge ?

On the front lines of battle there is no time for political correctness.
And if they have fully transformed either way, and nobody can tell, they probably shouldn't be telling everybody about it, you never know the reactions of fellow soldiers

There is no physical reason, beyond the potential down time for the operation that finishes the change.

There is a person in the USAF right now that has not flown in almost a year and will not be able to fly for another year due to the medication's they are on while they figure out the effect the meds have on the body at altitude, I cannot take a year or more off the job I was hired to do for what is an elective surgery,(I understand the mental aspect but this is how the Military will view it) why should they get special treatment?
