Why did Obama give $221 million to Palestinian just hours before he was to leave office??

This was not the first time Obama had granted funding to the Palestinian Authority despite Congress’s wishes. In 2012, for example, he unblocked nearly $200 million that had been frozen in response to Palestinians’ unilateral actions at the United Nations, using a legal waiver included in the Palestinian Accountability Act.

Republicans have increasingly called for blocking or canceling funding to the Palestinian Authority, not only because of unilateral diplomatic moves toward statehood, but also because of increasing evidence that funds are used to incite violence and provide financial rewards to terrorists.

One of the first thing that Trump did upon gaining office was reverse this, but again, WHY would Obama try to send the money in the first place???

I would love to see an example made of Obama. I can't think of a better one for every treasonous America hating snake still in the federal government and actively trying to destroy America. It would also restore the people's faith in our law enforcement agencies. Drag out every piece of evidence, rip out every dirty secret of Obama's past, and put it on open display in court. He's histories greatest traitor.

I was never under the illusion that so many seemed to be under regarding this politician. I did not think his skin colour automatically meant that he was going to be a straight up and down honest guy, and could not figure out why so many others seemed to believe that.

If it wouldn´t have been Obama who played Potus at that time and gave that money to the palestinians, it would have been done by an other Potus actor. Because such actions are always for the profits of the real rulers behind the curtains. The moneyed aristocracy and the military industrial complex!

For the same reason presidents grant pardons to condemned criminals before they leave office.

They know how deceptive, manipulative and downright criminal they been during their tenure and seek absolution by doing something 'good' as a last act before leaving office.

Compare it to the military commander letting the last few captured enemy go, sparing a few as a last act for the campaign, to feel better.

Or just to save face, whatever.

I doubt that one. Obama committed treason 14 or more times long before even leaving office. All the people in high level FBI and DoJ jobs that are resigning or being reassigned today for corruption helped cover up for him then as well.
