that is a really, really nice smoker.

ive been doing a whole bunch of smoked, cured meats (bacon, back bacon, pastrami, etc). Put that sucker to good use and share pictures. Ill put up a thread in the next day or two showing todays smoking and tomorrows prime rib (doing christmas a day early)

No it's not mine. I have done this though, was trying to get my point across.
My grills are covered for the winter.
The 3rd one is a upright smoker, and it is AWESOME!
