I was watching this video by dutchsinse, and although I don't think the second cloud he shows in the video is from a volcanoe, the first cloud formation we see zoomed in starting at about 4:40 does looks like it could possibly have been caused by a volcanic eruption.

Watch the video. The first event occurred on December 10th 2017.

I am not saying this is 100% proof, however, if you look at how the "cloud" forms and the shape it makes it does look like it could have been caused by an underwater volcano.

Sorry, I'm not watching a 30 minute video.

However, I believe the Thomas fire had already started by then. A much more likely cause of the smoke....

Which is why i said to watch starting at around 4:40. You don't have to watch entire video, just watch for a minute or two after 4:40. The "smoke appeared out of nowhere and it seems to have originated from the ocean, and not from the fire. Look at the video, starting at 4:40 and you will see what I mean.

The smoke appeared as if someone who was smoking tried to make a ring of smoke which apparently originated from the ocean. There are underwater volcanoes in that area in the Mendocino Ridge.

Here are three pictures showing part of the event.

but the pictures don't do justice, the event can be more clearly seen by watching 20 seconds in the video starting at around 4:40

Certainly looks that way. Possibly the head of those 2 fronts converging, but it has the appearance of a small underwater eruption.

Where does this guy think clouds come from in the first place?

he explains why its not water in his opinion in the video since its not visible in other wavelengths of light that water vapor would normally be visible in

That makes no sense. Clouds are not composed of water vapor. They are composed of water droplets (or ice).

Water vapor is invisible to the human eye, yet we can see clouds. And so can satellites that use visible wavelengths.

There has been something happening here in Aguanga Ca. A crack in the ground about 60 or 70 feet long and about 6 foot in places has opened up in this area where I usually ride my dirt bike. It looks like it is a great depth and scary to get next to. I got my pickup and brought a few scaffold plank to lay across it and then try to drop a string with a bolt tied to the end but the fumes are driving me away. It smells like rotten eggs, and has a whistling sound coming from it. And the air rising is really hot. I tried lowering the string but it melted the string near the end of the roll. The roll was masonry line and was a 400 foot roll, and I'd guess I had unrolled about two thirds of it, so about three hundred feet. In the last day or so it has begun to have a darkish smoke come out continuously.

I wonder if it's related. I'm beginning to think volcano too as there are boulders near by that the soil around them is sluffing off at the bottoms of them, like they are being pushed up. I have felt what seems like quakes, even in my trailer, which is on tires and springs. Twice I'v had my beer spill as it shook.

I'm thinking of moving my trailer further away from this place because it's only about a couple hundred feet away and stinks continually. Even one of my neighbors says we ought to call someone and report it.

Well, Phage... in that link you gave another member links to another thread in ATS in which that event you claim is a hoax was confirmed not to be a hoax...

www.abovetopsecret.com...

I wonder why the staff posted this as a hoax... The event occurred. Stop going by the word of one person and look at the information provided instead of jumping to conclusions based off a biased view...

If it was up to Phage hundreds of peer reviewed research papers dealing from everything from the Sun's activity causing earthquakes, to changes in the Earth magnetic field also triggering earthquakes would be labeled as "hoaxes"...

Why does it have to be one or the other?

Yes you should report it. But be ready to be relocated quite far away.

dont shoot the messenger im just relying what he said in his video, thus the reason i put "in his opinion". btw should i point out all the errors u made in this post. theres 6 errors. literally every statement you make is wrong. first off many clouds are made of water in its gaseous form. if clouds are ice, water droplets, or vapor its made of h20. yes clouds or composed of vapor, water, or ice or all of the above. water vapor cant be seen directly with the naked eye but we can see a direct result of water vapor in air. yes satellites can see it in visible wavelengths or not at all depending on the type of sensor on the satellite. what point would u be trying to make here since the guy in the video also talks about various image types hes gone through and explains why he came to such a conclusion from the data from all the sources he looked at.
were u just grumpy last night phage?
