Sorry, I'm not watching a 30 minute video.
However, I believe the Thomas fire had already started by then. A much more likely cause of the smoke....

Where does this guy think clouds come from in the first place?
he explains why its not water in his opinion in the video since its not visible in other wavelengths of light that water vapor would normally be visible in

There has been something happening here in Aguanga Ca. A crack in the ground about 60 or 70 feet long and about 6 foot in places has opened up in this area where I usually ride my dirt bike. It looks like it is a great depth and scary to get next to. I got my pickup and brought a few scaffold plank to lay across it and then try to drop a string with a bolt tied to the end but the fumes are driving me away. It smells like rotten eggs, and has a whistling sound coming from it. And the air rising is really hot. I tried lowering the string but it melted the string near the end of the roll. The roll was masonry line and was a 400 foot roll, and I'd guess I had unrolled about two thirds of it, so about three hundred feet. In the last day or so it has begun to have a darkish smoke come out continuously.
I wonder if it's related. I'm beginning to think volcano too as there are boulders near by that the soil around them is sluffing off at the bottoms of them, like they are being pushed up. I have felt what seems like quakes, even in my trailer, which is on tires and springs. Twice I'v had my beer spill as it shook.
I'm thinking of moving my trailer further away from this place because it's only about a couple hundred feet away and stinks continually. Even one of my neighbors says we ought to call someone and report it.

That makes no sense. Clouds are not composed of water vapor. They are composed of water droplets (or ice).
Water vapor is invisible to the human eye, yet we can see clouds. And so can satellites that use visible wavelengths.
