On a positive note, maybe Bezos really might want a viable idea to actually solve an extreme problem like world poverty.

I have an idea

People like him can create with their huge wealth a giant Noah’s ark like ship or humongous airship filled with technologies that can offer survival to literally thousands.

The ship can embark on the shores of a starving ravaged country where famine is prevalent and save millions of people.

This huge boat or airship can have engineers, technicians, medical people and technologies that can easily deal with not only immediate feeding people who are on the brink of death, but help give these people knowledge and the ability to feed themselves

I would even call it

Noahs Ark

Life saving ark vs. naughty butt toys.

Ark has been done already. You know where my vote is going.

Free education for the world's poor. These tech guys know that we need to bring the level of education in this world up a notch or two in order to prepare the populace for the jobs of the future. If he could start a non-profit dedicated to opening thousands of quality schools around the world, especially in the most under-served areas, that would be a worthwhile cause.

This is something the sorry ass UN should be doing.

Indeed something like Noahs Ark s can be a savior to millions of people

And you can build a lot of them going around the earth landing where famine or starvation is ravaging people.

Also, this can be used to wipe out disease in these areas as well.

It could be done, it only takes heart and will and resources that the human race does have

Its not a bad idea.

Think of the jobs!

There would be many low skilled entry jobs in shipping and manufacturing.

Of course people with more advanced needs such as yourself would require a more sophisticated product, which require more skilled labor and room for advancement.

Not to mention skilled engineers and artists for the more aesthetically demanding among us.

Ok.

One for ark, one for educating the world, two for butt plugs.

Can we get an official poll or something going?

You know I feel like we are both good wordsmiths.

Yet despite our amazing sales pitch, we haven't seemed to get anyone on board with or idea.

And I hate to say it, but I have the sneaking suspicion my one star came from you, and yours came from me.

Perhaps I need to make a strategic exit and revamp my sales pitch.

Trust me, the kid can pitch anything. Ever see those crappy blankets they give away for a donation? He's killing it despite those.

Who me????

I am just trying to improve lives.

If that means inserting ideas in places where tragedy rears itself, then I assume it is but my duty to do so.

If the money leaves one person's hands and goes to someone else, it's being spent on something and is going somewhere.

For all that it was a crappy thing, no one can deny that tons of money moved through Common Core to various people and places.
