Yep. Which is why when they did this in Florida they hardly found anyone on food stamps who popped positive.

It's a waste of money.

And Scott Walker wanted to be President. This could have been nationwide. Gulp.

This isn't about cigs or booze.

This is about demonizing people who are down on their luck and need help. Walker knows the statistics and still he presses this. There has to be a reason.

This is simply an effort to continue attaching a stigma in using a system that we pay into to help when times get tough. I would rather see the corporate welfare takers tested and cut off.
