HUH? That's silly, you cant time travel because there is no such thing as time in and of itself, or as a real tangible thing in itself. Time is a man
made technique used to bring order and sequence to this world.
ie, your time is based around now a days on two things, the seasons, which is based on many things biggest being the sun, and the earths magnetosphere
which is derived from the molten core and its flux, and now a days a few atomic clocks, some in satellites in space which keep track of the shift in
energy state while passed through radio waves. Basically your one second is 9,192,631,770 cycles of said cycle of cesium atoms while exposed to said
radiowaves. Its why your cellphone always keeps track of daylight savings time and your alarm clock does not.
But anyways, the whole thing makes time relative, 9,192,631,770 cycles is one second, depending on who or what is looking at it and in what manner
your measuring it. Because time is just a measuring stick, which is compared and contrasted to other measuring sticks out there in the known world.
On the earth things go a bit slower, in space farther away from earths gravity well things may be different. But it would not matter for humans since
they would be long dead before any noticeable difference in time could be said to take effect, you would lose of your eyesight, and hollow bones, and
go bannanas ect ect.
Let just say humans bodies don't function all to well in space or even in orbit. So not only does time depend on how or were your at, but in what
capacity your there. And since time is relevant but relative, and only while your alive I suppose, there was that whole Twin astronaut thing they did
where one went on the International space station in orbit for a year, and the other stayed on earth, and technically the one on earth was a few
milliseconds older then when the twin went to the near orbit station came back.
But what is a few milliseconds to years of muscle atrophy and therapy required when he came back, so who really because older from that trip?
Obviously there using the wrong measuring stick eh. Maybe he should have went a few more million miles out in space, for the whole time dilation
thing to really take effect. 10 years there in deep space zooming by, may equal a few hundred years on earth, maybe. But he would be dead in a few
months or days even in that environment with completely out of earths spherical influence. Even in that not only is time relative, but so is
everything else. Just another measuring stick.
Right now its 10:00 PM as I am writing this, in Australia its 5:00 PM, so who would you go back in time to and to were? Will we be using eastern
time zones, mountain time zones or pacific time zones on our time machine? As you can see time is just a mental construct that serves a function,
in this case being helping a bunch of people stuck on a planet keep things in sync or to have some sort of order, basically sequential order. That is
merely all. It has little to no power outside of that, its all relevant to moment in time based on and by the observer in comparison to the observers.
Its just a way to keep track of moments. And when the moment is gone?
It is gone forever. Generally to never return.
Unless off course one were to recreate the moment, which can be done, but it is pointless.
In fact if there were other people on other planets they would not only be in different time zones, but different way of keeping time all together. If
you were on a smaller planet with less gravity and a completely different weather system and ecological system maybe even two suns. Your time would
be completely different and set up different then here on Earth, if anything Time does not dictate how things will be, freaking rain and a cloudy day
and the season has more say and dictates how things will be, time didn't create the seasons, the season helped create the concept you know as time,
and have a much more so powerful effect on you all then a non physical concept such as "time" does. Because its not a thing in and of itself, its a
byproduct.
Human time for all intensive purposes was based around the sun, for centuries now, when it comes out, and when it goes down, when to hunt, when to
eat, and when to go to sleep, now a days, when go to work, go home etc etc. From that, well you get cycles, and everything else are merely constructs
created based on the circumstances of the physical world you find yourself in.
So ya! I don't see how this is still an issue. I could go on, but really saying you traveled through time is just saying you woke up this morning
and put on your socks. That act right there is traveling through time. And saying you went to the future in 2047 or back to 1300 is just silly,
because both of those are man made non physical constructs of the mind used to project a sort of sequential order to the physical world around you one
in future tense the other in past tense.
In fact you could say its purely in your head, just a way the mind copes and has evolved, and been has been conditioned, to cope and function with
the physical world around it. Saying you traveled back in time or in to the future is like saying you traveled through cheese to get to the butter.
It makes no sense right?
I give those vids a thumbs down,
Not because of there obvious attempt at what is obviously trollarie, which is endering I suppose, like a baby
puppy taking its first steps, it does make one go "oh look at that, look at the cute lil troll, its attempting its first steps, how cute"
But sorry to say they are just not entertaining.
