Plenty of states allow military arms collection. This includes every kind of oldish sort right up to the newer.

Really expensive hobby. But what the hell, if you got the money, many of those relics are highly sought after by collectors, something you don't hear about a lot in the MSM.

Guns, what are those?

Besides he isn't hurting anyone at all. Neither does Jay Leno, he's an eccentric collector too.

Jay Leno collects automobiles. He has a monster collection. Whats does he need all those cars for? They should be taken away because he might decide to run people over in Central Park or something.

The largest producer of military arms is the uS gubment, and they use them to kill millions around the world in unjust wars... but nobody is calling them 'crazy'.

As far as mannequins in cars, a long time ago I used to attend Soldier of Fortune conventions in Nevada. Prior to live fire demonstrations in the desert they would put mannequins in old cars then shoot em up. They even gave them names like Jane Fonda...

I'm quite certain that, in the end, much of this will be repossessed to pay for his debts (this is a business, after all), and then if the remaining cannot be legally transferred via will and testament, or the recipient cannot legally receive them, the state will take possession and hold an estate auction.

My thoughts on it--wills were never something that I delved into during my stint in the legal world.

It is a hobby as well to many. He has an investment, which will never lose value, only go up. I wonder how many people this "crazy" man has killed with all those weapons. Oh wait, NONE.

So you a buy a flame-througher legally.

Yet you cannot use one in war, legally.

That right there, thats the kind of thing that is wrong with American gun laws.

You most certainly can, they are only prohibited from being used on civilians.

ohhh well then, that makes it much better!

I'm sure the man in the Original Post took your needs into consideration prior to making his purchase.

I am just amazed that is legal!

I also do not understand why it is legal, is there some kind of loophole that is being used or something.

Hell all I need sometimes is a lighter and a decent man fart!

No, you can pretty much own everything other than tactical items.

I guess you could say that nobody is dying as a result of people owning these kind of weapons and I would also imagine that its mostly owned by gun collectors like this dude so its not that bad..... feels wired saying that about a weapon like that but its still true.

I did not know that it was legal thats all.

would I be right in saying that his tanks, mortars and so on doing actually have the ability to fire explosives? have they been modified in someway to be safe for private ownership?
