This is a civil case. This isn't one of the sealed criminal indictments.

WTH? Who is the Plaintiff? (ETA: I see now it's George Webb Sweigert)

Wow I should say.

I can't do much in my phone right now.

Can someone confirm this is more than just a Twitter claim?

Why link your twitter account with only a picture you’ve already displayed in your OP?

Also, where is the synopsis?
A breakdown?

What do you think this all means?

So am I reading this right that it's a civil case brought by George webb.

Interesting, but not a case brought by Mueller or the government.

So I my brief reading of this here is what I understand.

Webb is suing on behalf of donors to the democrats, Bernie and citizens of the U.S. because alleging that defendants defrauded the plaintiffs by basically having rigged the election and not having a fare process.

He alleges that they concoted the Russian influence story to do that, despite the fact they were colluding with Russians through the dossier and uranium one.

He also alleges that awan stole the plaintiffs info off of servers and illegally transferred it, and led a phishing scheme against them.

I am assuming that in addition to webb wanting financial penalties to all of the defendants liated, he also wants to use this case as a chance to litigate the events surrounding awan, the dossier, and uranium one.

I hope the suit goes through and will be very interested in it.

However, this is not a criminal indictment in any way that I can see.
