Well, I nearly drove off the road once back in the day when I smoked (a lot) and the glow from my cig fell right between my legs and onto the seat while I was driving.

It didn't go out, either.

There was much wailing and erratic manouvers (and swearing too)...

I find your advice sound, good sir, but I'll forgo the Doors, for the time being...

What's the rope for, I don't think it was caught on it, rather being posed. Good question about the clothes, am guessing the lower quality made ones don't have interested in making up some clothes for them. Lemme guess silver foil space suits? Even store prop aliens are sold naked from what I have seen. After all many of the greys and martians in abduction stories mostly allude to naked beings.

The video link posted by 'humanoidlord' precedes yours by four years, although the comments are in French. However, as you rightly ask, who has debunked this? I spent over an hour trying to find something and came up with a big fat zero.

By the way, the member further up who claims $100, a trip to the craft store and his 12 year old daughter could recreate this. Look a bit closer at the alien...or prop...in the video. Musculature, bone structure, ribs, skin discolouration, they are all present. I'm not saying this isn't a fake but your claim is somewhat ridiculous.

Once again, motive has to come into it being called-out as a fake. Did anybody achieve fame, cover themselves in glory or rake in the the big bucks for this video? Let's not forget, it is allegedly around 25 years old and the technology...let alone the cost...was not so easy to achieve as it may be nowadays.

Just my opinion.

That thread is a good read.
It's the anatomical features, such as the apparent muscles in the legs that makes me look twice...

I'm pretty sure an amateur faker would not go into this much detail. Someone with money, influence and know-how would, though. But again, to what ends?
