So we know a Russian is suing online publication BuzzFeed over that famous Trump dossier.

Now apparently the DNC got a subpoena !!

They gonna have to "testify" !!

Could get murky and downright dirty.

Lots of issues involved.

DNC Subpoenaed in ‘Dossier’ Lawsuit

BuzzFeed has subpoenaed the Democratic National Committee for information related to the Democratic hack — its latest salvo in the media company’s efforts to defend itself against an ongoing libel suit connected to its publication of the infamous Steele dossier. The subpoena, a copy of which was reviewed by Foreign Policy, was served on the DNC Friday.

Aleksej Gubarev, a Russian technology executive, has sued BuzzFeed for libel for its decision to publish a series of memos authored by the former British spy Christopher Steele. Those memos — part of a so-called “dossier” of information about President Donald Trump’s alleged ties to Russia, include claims strongly denied by Gubarev that his companies were recruited by the Kremlin’s security organs to break into Democratic Party computer systems ahead of the 2016 election.

It is within this lawsuit that Christopher Steele testified
That he never confirmed any information in the dossier.

In other words, he took a Russian comic book and
passed it to Buzzfeed.

Didn't the trial in Florida with the Bern supporters jump through some hoops to keep the DNC out of the courtroom? What would be the case to where they are actually ushered into this courtroom?

"You reap what you sow" is a wise expression.

The DNC was really relying on Hilldog winning in order to bury the insane amount of corruption they engaged in during the 2016 election.

At every turn they lied to the American people and we have such a low level of awareness, that people actually defend their crimes.

Not unless Cinemax is doing the deposition.

And charged the DNC 9 million.

Oh good, they have to testify... It's not like any of them would ever lie, especially not under oath.

It's a subpoena for data and information, not in-court testimony.

No one is going to need to plead the 5th.

Under what circumstances can someone ignore a subpoena? I remember quite a few people who helped Hillary bleach, shred, and forge document corrections, were subpoena'd last year. Half didn't show. They are still free men/women to this day.

they're going to plead the 6th , 7th, and 8th, and each will say, "see the 5th" for instructions.

"A 5th". Get it right!

They can't plead anything past that because they are apparently drunk.

That's the new excuse.
