She is now losing credibility. Should join ats.

Donna Brazile is a good candidate for an "Ask Me Anything" thread.

Do we have to secretly give her the questions ahead of time?

She wouldn't have it any other way.

The strategy worked before.

So I just saw this - Breaking: Investigator Believe Donna Brazile is a 'Person of Interest' in Seth Rich Murder case

In a shocking series of text messages sent to Fox News reporter Malia Zimmerman by private investigator Rod Wheeler, he describes being “startled” by Donna Brazile, and states that her behavior “makes me think that Donna Brazile is in a category of persons of interest as it relates to the death of Seth Rich.”

So does wheeler think Brazile is using the RUSSIA defense to try and get the heat off herself for being involved in the murder?

EDIT:
Nevermind this article is from last year - before this excerpt came out.

every new thing from brazile sounds a little more whack than the one before. she considers normal, above-board joint fund-raising agreements and hiring oversight as 'rigging', yet thinks that she had the power to unilaterally replace hillary with someone who wasn't even trying to run?

she thinks acupuncture is a good treatment for pneumonia?

now this... lol... okay then...

she probably should join ATS, she'd fit right in here.

Still so very amusing though.

Wonder why Brazile didn't get Perkins Coie to threaten a libel suit on that.

Brazile writes that she was haunted by the still-unsolved murder of DNC data staffer Seth Rich and feared for her own life, shutting the blinds to her office window so snipers could not see her and installing surveillance cameras at her home. She wonders whether Russians had placed a listening device in plants in the DNC executive suite

At first, Brazile writes of the hacking, top Democratic officials were “encouraging us not to talk about it.” But she says a wake-up moment came when she visited the White House in August 2016, for President Obama’s 55th birthday party. National security adviser Susan E. Rice and former attorney general Eric Holder separately pulled her aside to urge her to take the Russian hacking seriously, which she did, she writes.

In context it sounds like she's blaming the Russians for Seth Rich.

That's definitely my take away from the way the article was packaged. Nothing suggesting that she was afraid of Clinton.

I'm still curious in what context it appears in the book though.

The Democratic party is just as corrupt as the Republican party. The dirt on both political party's is slowly leaking out. I would like to see all these political representatives and leaders be removed from office and replaced with some new, young blood with fresh ideas. Corrupt and career politicians just breed more corruption.

Now that Obama isn't in office, I guess Hillary is the fall back scapegoat for everything.

She's both old and senile, and a criminal mastermind at the same time. Quantum Hillary folks, the far-right invented boogey man to keep little Rush Limbaughs up late at night...

Yea Donna Brazile is such a freaking right wing conspiracy theorist!!!

Honest Hillary would never scare a soul, she was the only thing that could have saved this country from the horrible deplorables spreading their viscous lies about such an angel.....

/sarc off

lol I just threw up a little bit, in all seriousness I can not fathom how anyone can defend her!

Do you understand the implications of her stating this? She is basically inferring she believes Seth Rich was killed by Hillary, and that she feared the same fate for knowing what she knows.

No, that's what you're inferring from reporting that paraphrases what she said in her book, reporting that doesn't suggest that at all.

Fair enough, you are right my bias against the clintons is definitely making me jump to a conclusion.

Regardless what is undeniably notable is she is suggesting Seth rich was murdered, and she is in a position to know a lot more about his death than you or I.

obviously she was worried about getting assassinated by the Clinton clan and not the Russians because "the Russians did it" didn`t become a DNC slogan until after the election.

in the months before the election she had no reason to be worried that the Russians were after her because nobody knew about the hacks and NOBODY was pointing any fingers at Russia for trying to influence the election.

clearly she was afraid of the Clinton clan bumping her off when all the hacked Clinton e-mails started coming out.at that time all the talk was about the e-mails themselves and not about who might have hacked them or released them.

It would almost appear as if she is auditioning for Pelosi’s position...

If she truly did fear losing her life in some conspiracy involving Seth Rich's murder, then the implications of this are major.

Hopefully this will get picked up and analyzed ad nauseaum, because if it is true then it is pretty astonishing.

Actually that is a very good point. It definetley was not a thing in august/September at least not publicly.

Great analysis.

The plot thickens, what on Earth was she afraid of then? It seems at least plausible she didn't quite buy the official narrative either.

Wha???

...Trump was talking about Russia giving up HIllary's emails -- if they had them -- before the election. It was in July, IIRC. The Russia narrative was totally well-underway before the election. Seth Rich was murdered in July 2016.

This script is not believable, but this part of the timeline is not part of that.

Huh, ok I guess you are right. Should have checked before posting.

I was thinking the whole narrative started after Wikileaks released them, but now I remember the Russia story came out shortly after Seth rich's death as an explanation for the data being stolen, since they knew it would likely get out.

This stupid Russian thing has gone on so long and gotten so convoluted I have probably forgotten half of what I knew about it.

While not originally started by, or dreamed up by Russian propagandists, Russian shills and trolls have taken this story and run with it.

From what I've been seeing in liberal online groups, it's not taking nearly the root as conservatives seem to think it is. Liberals simply aren't nearly as outraged and upset as the right-wingers want to believe.

OMG! This sounds like delightful reading!!!!

Can you post some links? I love to see Democrats making sure that *evil conservatives* don't get the satisfaction of seeing them care that their own party is admitting it's at fault for defrauding them and playing dirty political tricks.

...and that a party leader, like Donna Brazile, would exploit the murder of Seth Rich for "gasp* political purposes!

Are they claiming they are comfortable with the quality and quantity of lies their party tells? I want to witness how hard they are fallen for their toxic abusive boyfriend: the 'DNC.'

Could the DNC "shoot someone and not lose voters???"

Links, please!

It doesn't say in the Post article what Ms Brazile believed Russia's motive might be for murdering Seth Rich. So it's a bit pointless to speculate. All we can learn from the Post's summary is that she was afraid Rich had been rubbed out by the Russians, and that she might be on their list too.

FWIW I can think of a very good reason (apart from the hacking) that the Russian government might have had Rich taken out. It would get blamed on Clinton and damage her even further as a candidate. As indeed, it has been blamed on her, by many people, as you can see from this thread and lots of others like it.

And yes, of course Russia knowingly plays into the US domestic market for conspiracy theories, as has been amply proven over and over since the end of WWII.

I don't understand why Brazil would be afraid of Russia if they truly wanted Trump to win though - she needs to explain this.

Maybe along with Hillary, Donna's hands stink of wet work when it comes to Seth. Maybe she's trying to deflect on that mystery knowing more questions are coming. Just a thought about "Why?"

I would imagine most "online liberal groups" are eagerly awaiting instructions from the central command desk.
