A new study from cern reveals that our universe should not exist.
Well at least with our current understanding of physics.

Here's the headline and link.

"Our universe should not exist, CERN antimatter study confirms"

nationalpost.com...

I read a few paragraphs and my eyes just glazed over. Not gunna lie.

It's an interesting read if you can follow.

I read this when it first came out.
The answer I had in my head was "Well, the universe does exist".

It was just a comment a physicist said and taken way out of proportion to be honest, like most statements made by scientists.

I know but I'm sure some bible thumpers will use this as ammunition in their crusades.

You don't have to be a bible thumper to believe there was a creator. Just have to have common sense in my opinion

I imagine that particular scientist is having a meeting with his boss right now and they are going over his credentials and reevaluating his position.

As a non biblical creationist...I'd say that this could mean two things.
1. The Universe was created.
2. We don't understand enough about the Universe to comment on its origin.

Where did the creator come from? Good luck answering that with common sense

He was created by HIS creator.

There's just as much evidence of creation as there is any other origin of the universe. None.
So to argue either side is pointless.

Something created us...

I have no clue what or who it was...

And I’m not arrogant enough to claim to know...

Could’ve been a traditional god, cosmic rabbit or aliens....I have no clue

But I do know I exist and so does the universe in which we exist...

Something created everything....every single thing in every single [proposed] universe...

From what I read it appears that it's possible that our universe is STILL a flash, just from our perspective it's a looooong flash.

Well by acknowledging him as our creator you are confirming the ability to be a creator. It seems plausable to me therefore that the one who created was also created by a creator.

My point wasn't that science has the answer, it's there is no explanation (let alone is it common sense) for where the universe came from. And if you answer by saying there is a creator, then you haven't answered the question of how it all began, you've just deflected the question.

But who created the creator of the creator?
