I agree.
They should both be prosecuted if a crime was committed but trumps actions take precedence because he is potus.
Think of it this way if the investigations were being done by one department and man power was limited. The split should be 70/30. More resources devoted to the potus because it's the more powerful position. We don't wont criminals in our government at all but certainly not at the top.

Lucky for us all man power is not limited and hillary and trump can both (and are both) be investigated at the same time.
